"Zéro star , worst experience"

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I placed an order during the Black Friday sale, and due to a system glitch, PayPal defaulted to an old address—700 km away. I realized the issue immediately and contacted Coach right after placing the order to correct the address or cancel and repurchase. Over the course of four days (Friday to Monday), I spoke with at least five different representatives. Not one was able or willing to help. Meanwhile, UPS confirmed they still had the package in possession and said it would be simple for Coach to request a change. Still, Coach refused to act. The final straw was when an employee named Sarah simply told me to "buy the bag again" and let the other one ship to the wrong address. That’s unacceptable. Instead of offering a solution, I was told to spend more money for a mistake I tried to correct immediately. This experience has completely turned me away from Coach. I will not waste any more of my time, money, or energy. I've since shopped with Fossil and had a far better experience—they will be my preferred brand moving forward. I deeply regret dealing with Coach and strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

"I went to coach in Vaughn Mills to…"

I visited the Coach store in Vaughan Mills hoping to purchase a large handbag. While they only had the small Andria bag (style CP086), a store associate kindly called the Toronto Outlet Mall and confirmed they had two left in stock. After leaving Vaughan Mills, I called the Toronto Outlet location to request a hold, then made the drive from Pickering with my daughter. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told the only available bag had a scratch. I asked the manager if a discount could be offered due to the damage, but she simply stated the bag was "no good" and that she couldn't do anything about it. There were no alternative solutions or suggestions provided. I generally prefer to leave positive reviews, but in this case, the lack of customer service and flexibility was disappointing—especially considering the distance we traveled. I would really appreciate if someone from Coach could reach out to discuss this further.

Coach Canada is a transportation company operating primarily in Ontario and Quebec, offering a combination of scheduled intercity bus services, charter operations, and sightseeing tours. It runs services under the Megabus brand in key cities such as Toronto, Montreal, Kingston, and Niagara Falls, while its charter buses can travel anywhere in North America. Originally part of the Stagecoach Group, Coach Canada was sold in April 2019 to Variant Equity Advisors during Stagecoach’s divestiture of its North American operations. In June 2024, Coach USA, the parent company of Coach Canada, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, citing the financial aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of the restructuring, plans were announced to sell Coach Canada and its Megabus subsidiaries to Bus Company Holdings, a division of the Renco Group.
