"Beautiful Resort, Amazing Food – But No Air Conditioning in a 5-Star Resort?"
We recently stayed at Concorde De Luxe Resort in Antalya for 5 nights. While the setting and service had the potential for a luxury experience, one major issue left us seriously disappointed. Let’s start with the positives: The food was outstanding – easily one of the best all-inclusive spreads we’ve experienced. Every meal featured a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The beach access is excellent, the location ideal, and the staff were consistently warm, polite, and attentive. Drinks were plentiful with a great selection, and the resort grounds are beautifully maintained. Evening entertainment was enjoyable, though nothing extraordinary. Now, the big problem – and it’s a serious one: There was no functioning air conditioning in the rooms during our entire stay. Although each room had a temperature control panel, we were shocked to discover the hotel had the system set to “air circulation mode” only — meaning no real cooling or heating. We reported this issue multiple times and were provided with a portable air cooler, but it merely blew warm air around the room. The result? An uncomfortably hot environment that made it nearly impossible to sleep well for all five nights. For a resort that advertises itself as 5-star, this is simply unacceptable. Climate control is a basic expectation at this level – especially in a warm-weather destination like Antalya. It’s baffling that guests have no ability to adjust their room temperature, and even worse, that this isn’t clearly communicated at the time of booking. It’s a real shame because the resort gets so many things right. However, being unable to rest properly overshadowed what could have been a fantastic holiday. If Concorde De Luxe cannot guarantee working air conditioning, it should seriously reconsider how it markets itself.
"Not bad and not the best"
We stayed at Concorde for 9 days and visited Lara for the 3rd time. Overall, the staff at Concorde were polite, helpful, and made a great impression. The food was good, with a different themed night every evening, which kept things interesting. That said, the family rooms were extremely small for four people. In other hotels we’ve stayed at in Lara, family rooms are much more spacious and often include a separate area within the room — this was not the case here. Housekeeping, however, did a fantastic job, and the bar staff were wonderful, especially a young waitress who always greeted us with a smile. The heated pool near the slides was a big plus for the kids and made swimming enjoyable. However, the lifeguards really need to stay off their phones. There were several incidents where people coming down the waterslides clashed with others still in the pool or on the slides. This is a serious safety hazard that needs addressing. The large main pool was almost empty during May because the water was far too cold to enjoy. Overall, it’s a pleasant resort with great staff and good food, but improvements in room size for families and pool safety would make it much better.
"Amazing stay"
I absolutely loved everything about Concorde Deluxe Resort. From the delicious and diverse food options every night to the cozy rooms with stunning Antalya views, every detail exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out was the incredible Fun Makers team. They were so warm and engaging with the kids, going above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and entertained. The Moppet Kids Club is an absolute gem for families – a safe, fun, and welcoming space. I was deeply impressed by the kindness and dedication of all the hotel staff, who worked tirelessly to make our stay unforgettable. This resort delivers on every level and is perfect for families looking for a luxurious, yet relaxed holiday.
"Feedback"
The entertainment team at Concorde was fantastic! They were fun, helpful, and made our stay so enjoyable. A special mention to ARDA — he went above and beyond to help us, and he’s honestly the reason we’d return to Concorde. 5 stars to ARDA and the team! However, there’s a toy shop right next to the outside door (market area on G floor) that gave us a terrible experience. The shopkeeper was disrespectful and tried to overcharge us just because we’re tourists. It felt like a scam. 0 stars to the toy shop (Toy Place). Guest relations, on the other hand, were excellent. They stepped in and helped us resolve the issue with the toy shop owner. 5 stars to the guest relations team for their support!
"First family vacation in Turkey"
We are currently enjoying a wonderful week at this magical resort with my mother and two young daughters, and it has truly exceeded our expectations. There are plenty of activities and evening entertainment to keep everyone happy. The children’s mini disco nights have been a highlight, as well as the Michael Jackson Show, which was fantastic. We also watched the Mad Max Furiosa show — it was so entertaining, and my daughters absolutely loved it! The hospitality here speaks for itself. There’s an amazing variety of food and drink options, and the endless selection of desserts is a dream. The pools are clean and well-maintained, and the slides have been a big hit with my daughters. The balloon show was another family favorite. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, making us feel welcome at every turn. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort for families, couples, or anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday. It’s perfect for all ages!
"Nice hotel wouldn’t come back"
We’ve just returned from a week’s holiday as a couple, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The food was really nice, although breakfast could use some improvement — there wasn’t much variety, and it felt repetitive each morning. The main restaurant was super busy at times, and on a few occasions, we struggled to find a table. All the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you and made us feel very welcome. A special mention goes to the Asia restaurant, where the service was excellent! If you’ve booked with Jet2, you’re entitled to visit two of the à la carte restaurants twice per week (excluding the steak restaurant), which was a great perk. We did encounter a slight issue with our room. The bed was extremely squeaky, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly. Guest relations were helpful and resolved the issue, but it took two days and we were temporarily given a portable cooler — not ideal considering the price we paid for the holiday. A heads-up for future guests: if you book a land-view room, there is a mosque directly opposite the hotel. The early morning call to prayer at around 4:30 am woke us most days. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff are polite and professional. That said, we felt the atmosphere was more geared towards families than couples. The lobby bar lacked ambiance at times, with the lights off and no background music playing. Entertainment was good overall, though the live music could be improved for a more engaging vibe. While I would recommend this hotel for families, I don’t think we would stay again as a couple. In my opinion, it doesn’t quite meet the standard of a true 5-star resort.
"Not “ultra-inclusive” in the true sense"
We checked into the hotel as a family of four (with a child) and were left disappointed from the very start. Despite requesting an upgrade, the rooms were underwhelming — even the so-called upgraded rooms failed to meet expectations. The duplex room felt extremely claustrophobic, and after nearly two frustrating hours of back-and-forth with reception, we were finally moved to the grand suite. While it was an improvement, it still didn’t feel like the level of quality we had paid for. The resort facilities fell far short of what you’d expect from an “ultra all-inclusive” experience. Although they advertise multiple restaurants, proper meals were only available at the main buffet. The others mostly served snacks, and the à la carte restaurants required extra payment for dinner. Having to pay additional charges at a resort that claims to be ultra all-inclusive was frustrating, especially considering we were paying nearly £375 a night. To make matters worse, I developed a bad infection after using the pool and fell sick the very next day. Most of the advertised activities also came with extra charges, which felt like yet another letdown. The food was repetitive and often not served hot, and the in-room TV was outdated, with no Netflix or streaming options — surprising for a resort of this supposed caliber. Although the staff were polite and tried to be accommodating, the resort’s policies felt odd. For example, despite upgrading us to a grand suite, we were told we’d have to vacate the room and move back to a regular room because my sister and brother left a day early. That felt unnecessarily inconvenient and soured the experience further. Overall, this resort did not live up to the expectations set by its marketing. It felt like a huge letdown and certainly not worth the price. After this experience, we’ll be avoiding any so-called “ultra all-inclusive” resorts in the future.
"Unsecured and unsafe hotel"
My experience at Concorde De Luxe Resort was deeply unsettling and left me questioning the hotel’s integrity and security. During my stay, someone gained access to my room and stole $2,000 directly from the safe box — a safe I had secured with a personal code. This incident raises grave concerns about the effectiveness of the hotel’s security systems, as the safe was clearly vulnerable and easy to compromise. While the hotel manager was cooperative in addressing the issue, it does little to undo the damage. This wasn’t just about the money — it was about a total violation of privacy and the loss of any sense of safety I should have felt in what is advertised as a “luxury resort.” For a property of this caliber, such a breach is inexcusable. Until Concorde De Luxe Resort makes serious improvements to their security measures and guest protections, I strongly urge travelers to reconsider staying here. Your safety and peace of mind are far too important to risk.
"Very Tired Hotel"
Upon arrival found room to be very smelly of damp and drains so they gave us a second room which found sink was totally broken so they gave us a third room which aircon was very poor in but we had just had enough so un packed. We have been going to Turkey for 25 years 3 or 4 times a year so have stopped in too many hotels to remember but is by far the worst. The food is of poor quality eg sweet and sour chicken is chicken with tomato sauce on. The restaurant most mornings at 7am was still dirty on floors from night before. The main restaurant is also way to small for hotel has hotel was at 40% capacity and it was still like cattle market. The decking area around pool is dangerous with holes and lose boards especially for young children. The hotel inside is very very tired and needs a major refurb . It shouldn’t be charging the amount it is has I think it’s not up to the standard being charged. We would not return if it was free has it would waste a week of our holiday. Staff a friendly but hotel is just in a poor state .
"Excellent experience."
The hotel was exceptionally clean and spacious, including the rooms which felt very comfortable. The food was excellent, offering plenty of variety and great taste. The younger staff members stood out for their friendliness and welcoming attitude, making the stay even more pleasant.
