"Unreliable and Frustrating Service"
I recently sent six passengers through my travel agency on Coomotor from Neiva, and the return trip was an absolute nightmare. The bus was scheduled to depart at 8 PM, but it was delayed by two hours, then another two hours because the bus coming from Florencia had a tire issue. It seems like a deliberate strategy to prioritize the bus from Florencia, leaving passengers waiting for up to four or five hours. This poor service reflected badly on me in front of my clients. Coomotor consistently fails to deliver, does not resolve problems for passengers, and provides nothing but excuses. I highly recommend choosing Expreso Bolivariano instead, as they are far more reliable.
"Mixed Experience with Coomotors: Comfort vs. Delays"
We traveled with Coomotors from Bogotá to Neiva, then to Villavieja, and back. The first leg to Neiva was very comfortable, and the bus was clean, but it was extremely late due to occasional unscheduled stops by the driver. The journey from Neiva to Villavieja was much worse: a small, oversold bus with tiny wooden chairs that weren’t attached to the floor, making the ride uncomfortable and unsafe given the driver’s rough driving. The final trip back to Bogotá was alright, though the bus alarmed continuously whenever the driver exceeded 80 km/h, which was almost the entire way—this high-pitched noise was very annoying. Overall, a mix of comfort, delays, and safety concerns.
"Disgusting and Unsafe: Cockroach-Infested Buses"
My recent experience on the Ibagué–Florencia route was absolutely terrible. The bus was infested with cockroaches—there were so many crawling around my seat that I couldn’t even count them all. It’s been a long time since I last rode with this company, and I’m shocked at the poor hygiene. The buses are filthy, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable for passengers. I would strongly advise avoiding this service.
"Disappointing and Unreliable Bus Service"
The service from this company is poor and inconsistent. On my trip, many of the seats were broken and stayed reclined the entire journey, making it very uncomfortable. Despite being advertised as a direct bus, it stopped in at least four towns before reaching the final destination, adding unnecessary delays. If possible, it’s best to avoid this company and look for a more reliable alternative.
"Declining Service and Frequent Delays"
Buses departing from the Neiva terminal consistently run behind schedule and never leave on time. In addition, the company no longer provides the screen service, which used to be a feature of their trips. Overall, it’s clear that the quality of this company has significantly declined over time.

The high-level services offered are comfortable and reliable, but the other buses can be misleading. Even if staff at the terminal assure you otherwise, these lower-tier buses make multiple stops along the way, making the trip uncomfortable and less efficient.
"Extremely Poor Experience Due to Multiple Bus Changes"
This time, my trip was extremely frustrating. The bus broke down just three blocks from the terminal, and we were forced to switch vehicles multiple times—first to Neiva, then to Garzón, and finally to Florencia. What was most surprising was that the journey from Ibagué to Neiva normally takes three hours, yet upon arrival, the company had no proper solution for us. The entire experience was disorganized and stressful.
