"Avoid this airline"
I'm sorry to hear you had such a disappointing experience with Copa Airlines. It’s frustrating when flight attendants don’t seem to be attentive, especially when you're paying for services like business class. The lack of timely food and beverage service, along with no alcohol in economy, definitely seems to have impacted your flight experience. It’s unfortunate when airlines cut certain services, especially when it affects the overall comfort of the flight.
"Good flight"

"Crappy business class"
Miserable business class experience, long flight with entertainment simply missing when clearly advertised in pre flight email, no charger outlet for phone, no usb, no listeners, no internet. Total fsilure for internationsl flight, food was bad, service very newbie. Why even bothering.

LOST MY BAG DONT TAKE THIS AIRLINE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEY WILL LOOSE YOUR BAG!!!!! Horrible airline - the attendant checking in the bags was so not smart he never put a tag on my bag they lost my bag i tried to get them to help me find it they were the worst i asked if they can check the cameras they said no
