"Great Service Overall, but Hairline Design Could Be More Precise"
I had a very good experience with Cosmedica — the service, professionalism, and overall care were excellent. However, one area where I believe there's room for improvement is in the hairline design process. Unlike some other clinics that use precise tools like laser pointers and measuring devices to map out the hairline, Cosmedica drew mine freehand with minimal measuring. While the result looks good at first glance, a closer inspection reveals that the hairline is slightly angled and not perfectly symmetrical. It’s a minor flaw in what was otherwise a smooth and positive experience. I’d still recommend Cosmedica, but I hope they adopt a more technical approach to hairline planning in the future.

My experience was overall excellent. The clinic was clean, modern, and truly impressive, with a highly knowledgeable and professional staff. The service throughout was top-notch, and I felt well cared for. The only aspect I wish had been handled better was the initial consultation — I would have appreciated a more detailed discussion beforehand, especially regarding the number of grafts. I only found out how many were used after the procedure, even though I had paid for 3,500. Aside from that, everything was outstanding, and I would still highly recommend the clinic.
