"Wonderful staff"

We visited in early April, just before the New Year celebrations, so the city was quiet with dry, humid, and warming weather. The hotel was similarly peaceful, and we were pleasantly upgraded to a high room with a balcony. The rooms were generously sized and spotlessly clean, and the staff were fantastic throughout our stay. Although the hotel isn’t in the center of town, it’s just a short Grab ride away, and Angkor Wat is also easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would be happy to return.

"Exceptional hotel@ courtyard by marriott siem reap"

From the moment we entered the lobby, the staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and made us feel immediately comfortable. Their good English skills were a relief and made communication easy. Our room was very spacious, with comfortable and clean beds, and the buffet breakfast offered a great selection. I particularly appreciated the extra touch of receiving a fresh face towel after returning from day tours. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist areas and restaurants, but getting a Grab is easy. It would be even better if they provided a scheduled shuttle or tuk-tuk service to the city center. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for the price, and I would love to stay here again. The bouquet of lotus and ice cream was a lovely touch!

"I do recommend!"

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, with a special thanks to Sinat at reception for her exceptional service. The property is lovely, offering a good breakfast, a standard gym, and spacious rooms — perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location is decent, though slightly farther from the main attractions. Overall, it’s a great choice, and we will definitely return!

"It was a spacious hotel."

The room was very spacious and comfortable, although the air conditioning had a noticeable smell. The bathtub design was a bit tricky to use, as water would accumulate in the trenches, requiring extra towels — personally, I felt a bathtub might not even be necessary. Many rooms face the pool, so guests returning from sightseeing in the evenings can make the area a little lively, though it quiets down after 7 pm. The hotel is not surrounded by restaurants, so meals need to be taken at the hotel or a short 5–10 minute drive into the city center. There is only one convenience store nearby. At the hotel restaurant, the local food was delicious, though the Western options could use a bit more balance and creativity. Breakfast included some fresh fruits like mango, but the miso soup had boiled down; better temperature control would improve the experience. Local dishes, however, were excellent. The rooftop bar is a lovely space, though it can be hard to access when reserved, and staff guidance could be clearer. On the positive side, the front desk and restaurant manager were very attentive, which made for a reassuring stay. Minor improvements, such as more atmospheric pool lighting at night and clearer information about facilities, would enhance the overall experience.

"Courtyard Siem Reap"

We absolutely loved our stay at Courtyard Siem Reap. The staff were incredibly friendly and always accommodating to our group. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. A special highlight was our tour guide, Art, who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also a talented photographer. Many thanks to Courtyard Siem Reap and to Art for making our experience truly memorable!

"Good and Quiet stay"

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city center, and we received a warm welcome from the front desk staff. The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety. While the room rates are not the cheapest, the hotel makes up for it with its nice outdoor pool and overall polite and attentive staff. A special thank you to Zinat at the front desk for being so helpful and kind, as well as to her colleagues, whose names I unfortunately don’t recall.

"Comfort with Service"

The hotel offered excellent service with courteous staff throughout — no exceptions. Breakfast was impressive, including Indian dishes and a few South Indian options as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

"Great Accommodation with better service"

The accommodation was excellent, and the service was truly exceptional. All the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive — I don’t think I’ve experienced better service at any other hotel. A special mention to Sak, who did a fantastic job planning our excursions to various temples and landmarks, making our stay even more memorable.

"Absolute pleasure to stay here with one hiccup"

We booked this hotel at short notice when our original accommodation wasn’t suitable, and we were immediately greeted by friendly staff and cold towels — a very welcoming touch. We even received a discount for breakfast. The twin room was spacious, clean, and everything worked perfectly. The pool was great, and a $2 Grab or tuk-tuk ride easily took us to Pub Street. One minor issue was the plumbing in the ground-floor restaurant toilets, which blocked twice during our stay — something that seems difficult to fully resolve. Breakfast was fantastic, and the one lunch we had was very good. Overall, we would happily stay here again and recommend booking directly for a better rate than through booking apps.

"Excellent Experience"

Our experience was generally excellent, and a major highlight was our guide, Nuon Chansarak (Sarak). He was attentive, informative, patient, flexible, and simply a fantastic guide. His guidance truly enhanced our trip, and we highly recommend him.
