"Disappointed with My Visit Despite High Expectations"

I visited DCT Antalya on 18/12/2023, drawn by the clinic’s high ratings and positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite match those expectations. The process wasn’t as smooth or pleasant as I had hoped, and I left feeling somewhat disappointed. While I understand every clinic can have off days, my visit did not reflect the level of service I anticipated based on the glowing feedback.

"Returning for a Small Adjustment – Still Impressed!"

I first came in October 2023 and was very happy with the service. Now I’ve returned for a small adjustment, and once again, everything was excellent. Richard and the team took great care of me—professional, attentive, and friendly throughout. Overall, a consistently great experience!

"Excellent Treatment – But Watch Out for One Bad Apple"

I visited twice last year for my implant treatment and overall, the clinic is highly professional. The doctors and staff delivered top-notch service, and I truly felt like I was receiving VIP treatment. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to a disappointing experience with one staff member. During my second and final visit, I was assigned an account manager named Jade. When discussing implant materials, I mentioned that cost wasn’t a concern and I simply wanted the best option. Surprisingly, she tried to increase my final bill by 10%, claiming my case was “special” and required additional procedures. These explanations seemed fabricated, and it felt like an attempt to take advantage of a foreign client unfamiliar with the system. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the team was excellent, and this experience tarnished what would’ve otherwise been a perfect journey. I still recommend the clinic—but if you're going, I strongly advise requesting a different account manager to avoid similar issues.

"Life-Changing Dental Experience – Truly the Best Treatment!"

Where do I even begin? I started my treatment in July 2024 and was absolutely blown away by the quality of care I received. I had a sinus lift, bone grafts, and implants done — procedures that normally terrify me — but I was genuinely looked after every step of the way. I returned in April 2025 for the second stage of my treatment, which included multiple visits. Every appointment was a pleasure thanks to the warm, professional staff. As someone who is very scared of dentists, I can honestly say they made me feel calm and safe throughout the process. Language was never a barrier — every patient is assigned a coordinator who walks you through every step with clarity and patience. A special thank you to Kursat Basar and his assistant Irem, as well as the amazing coordinators and reception team: Erhan (Aaron), Sertag (Seth), Richard, Helen, Eylul, and of course, the gentleman who serves those lovely drinks! I received all my treatment at the Fethiye clinic, and I’m so grateful I chose them. You simply don’t get this level of care and attention back home in Scotland. Looking forward to coming back in August for my check-up! 😊

"Seeking Dental Care in Sobriety – Confused but Hopeful"

I’m honestly feeling overwhelmed and anxious because I know I need a lot of dental work done. One dentist told me they can’t treat me due to my liver cirrhosis, while another reassured me it would be okay. This conflicting advice has left me unsure of what to do. I’ve been sober for nearly six months now and doing my best to rebuild my life, but my teeth have suffered badly since I stopped drinking — it feels like sobriety is taking them with it. I can’t smile or feel confident anymore, and I really just want to get my teeth sorted. I’m trying to stay hopeful, but I truly need guidance and support right now.

"Great Dental Cleaning Experience with Excellent Care and Value"

I received a lot of care and excellent service during my dental cleaning treatment at this clinic. The price was very reasonable and included everything: a consultation, before-and-after X-ray images, and even detailed photos of my teeth. Everything was clearly and professionally explained. The staff were kind and attentive, and they speak both English and Turkish, which made communication easy. The clinic is located at Güzeloba, Kaplan Sk, Rauf Denktaş Cd No:12/A, 07230 Muratpaşa/Antalya. I highly recommend this dental practice to everyone looking for quality care at a fair price.
