From beginning to end, my experience with this dental team was exceptional. Every step—from the initial communication to the final results—was seamless and exceeded all my expectations. The entire process was impressively well-coordinated, including airport transfers, hotel arrangements, and transportation between the clinic and the hotel. Every detail was managed with professionalism and care. I can’t speak highly enough of the entire team. Their skill, warmth, and dedication made the whole journey smooth and completely stress-free. A special thanks to Ufuk—your outstanding attention to detail truly made a difference. Thank you for giving me the best smile. I wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone seeking high-quality dental care.

"Avoid this clinic"
Avoid this clinic – my personal experience was deeply disappointing. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion as a paying patient. I am sharing this in good faith to inform others and to exercise my right to public feedback. I came from Canada for dental implants and zirconium crowns. I paid for Neodent implants, but during the surgery, I clearly saw packages on the table labeled Zinedent. After the surgery, the table was already cleared, and I was not shown the boxes of the implants that were actually used on me. After the procedure, I asked for my implant passport, but it was not provided on the day of the surgery or the following day. I continued to ask for it every day, but it was only on the fourth day—after my husband and I told the head doctor that we would not leave the clinic without it—that we finally received one. I have saved all correspondence related to this request. This delay left me feeling ignored and raised serious concerns about transparency. Upon further investigation, I discovered that Zinedent TEC-2 implants (which I saw during surgery) and Neodent CM Alvim (the model listed in the passport I eventually received) look visually identical. I cannot verify what was actually used—but the lack of clear, immediate documentation left me with unresolved doubts. The zirconium crowns were so poorly fitted that one side of my mouth had no occlusion at all, meaning I couldn’t chew properly. I also developed ulcers on my gums due to uneven pressure. When I voiced my concerns, the dentist told me I just needed to “get used to it.” Only after I insisted was I referred to another doctor, who rushed to replace the crowns just two days before I left Turkey. They were cemented immediately after placement — with no time to evaluate the fit or functionality. Months later, I still experience discomfort and can chew only on the left side. Three of the crowns do not cover the abutments, and one of them is in the front. (Photo included.) I have saved all photos, messages, and notes from my treatment. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Turkish Ministry of Health and the Turkish Dental Association, asking them to investigate this case. In my personal opinion, this clinic prioritizes volume over quality. I strongly recommend that other international patients do thorough research before choosing this provider. Everyone deserves safe, transparent, and competent care — and I hope my honest account helps others avoid the stress I went through.
"Very disappointing experience"
I had a very disappointing experience with DentaTur, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to warn others. There are three major issues that stood out during my dealings with them. Generally from start to finish there was not much information given throughout the whole process. Important details about procedures, costs, and aftercare were not really explained or not communicated properly. I often found myself in the dark, having to repeatedly ask for basic information that should have been readily available from the start. This lack of transparency was one of the things i noticed from the beginning and from there was not confident with the clinic already. The language barrier was a major problem. Despite advertising that they cater to English-speaking clients, many of the staff members had a very limited understanding of English. This made it extremely difficult to convey my concerns, understand their explanations, and feel confident in the treatments being proposed. Clear and effective communication is crucial in healthcare, and DentaTur fell short in this regard. The overall treatment of customers was subpar. I felt like I was just another number rather than a valued patient. The staff seemed indifferent to my needs and concerns, and there was a noticeable lack of empathy and customer care. Appointments felt rushed, and there was little effort to make me feel comfortable or informed about the procedures I was undergoing. Overall, in the end my experience with DentaTur was frustrating and unsatisfactory. Their lack of information, inability to understand English, and poor customer treatment are serious issues that need to be addressed. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience. I would personally go elsewhere! Trustpilot even states on their profile they advertise Trustpilot reviews wrongfully, simply check out their profile.
"good experience"
I was truly well taken care of. I was initially very anxious about traveling to Antalya alone, especially given the negative stories often associated with dental tourism. However, all my concerns disappeared after my first appointment. Everything was clearly and thoroughly explained. I had 12 implants placed (All-on-6, both top and bottom), and the procedure was completely painless—they were very attentive with pain management. The entire staff was outstanding—professional, supportive, and genuinely kind. I’ve since returned for my second visit to receive my permanent teeth, and once again, the level of service surpassed any dental experience I’ve had in the UK. This time, my partner accompanied me and also had dental work done—she’s thrilled with the results so far and is scheduled to return in May to complete her two implants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dentatur to anyone. Friends and family are already considering making the trip after seeing how satisfied I am and the impressive quality of work.

I had a good experience at Dentatur in Antalya. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome and at ease throughout the entire process. My coordinator kept me fully informed with pickup times and answered any questions I had promptly and clearly. There were no issues with waiting times or appointments—everything was organized efficiently and communicated clearly. Transfers were quick and seamless, contributing to a smooth overall experience.
"I do not recommend this clinic"
I do not recommend this clinic. The quality of work is poor. I really regretted paying them money. You will be left with regret for the money you spent, which you will not get back. There are no specialists in this clinic. The teeth are made by trainees. Run away from these scammers.
