"Full Mouth Implants – Great Experience So Far!"

I got full mouth implants in October and have had a very positive experience with Dentakay so far. The clinic is modern and well-equipped, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the doctors are highly professional. Everything has gone smoothly up to this point, and I’ve felt well cared for throughout the process. I’m really looking forward to my return visit for the final results and can’t wait to see the complete transformation. So far, it’s been a great journey!

"Good Final Result, But Not Worth the Stress or Cost"

I went to Dentspa Turkey with high hopes, but unfortunately, the overall experience left me with regret. Their price increased by over 100% from what was originally quoted, and promises were broken—including fixed temporary dentures, which I never received despite assurances. I was told the second visit would take up to two weeks, but it ended up taking 18 days. During that time, an unqualified dentist worked on my final fixed dentures for 10 days with little progress. I had to specifically request a different dentist, who impressively finished the job in just 5 days. In the end, the final result was good, but the financial strain, stress, and broken trust made the whole experience one I would not repeat or recommend.

"Great Experience at DentSpa – Can’t Wait to Return!"

I had a really good experience with DentSpa. Everyone there is friendly and very professional, and the quality of work I've received so far is fantastic. I had gum surgery among other treatments, and everything went smoothly. I’m looking forward to returning in August 2025 to have my crowns fitted and finish the remaining procedures. These kinds of treatments would’ve been out of reach for me in Australia, so I’m truly grateful I chose to come to Istanbul. It’s a beautiful country, and DentSpa has been really good throughout my journey.

"Frustrating Lack of Communication Post-Treatment"

I haven’t completed my treatment yet (final stage scheduled for July), so I can’t fully review the dental work itself. However, I must highlight the frustrating lack of communication since returning to the U.S. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times—through the person assigned to me, and via several numbers from the coordination department—but have received no response at all. I even explained the issues I’m currently experiencing with my temporary teeth, but still no one has gotten back to me. This silence is incredibly disappointing, especially after investing time, money, and trust in the clinic. Clear and ongoing communication is crucial, particularly for patients traveling from abroad. I hope this situation improves soon, as it’s casting doubt on the rest of the experience.

"Mixed Experience, But Grateful for the Support"

The staff at the clinic was very friendly, which made the experience easier. My initial doctor was a bit rude, but when I requested a change, they were quick to assign me another doctor, which I really appreciated. Although I was unhappy with the dental work at first, everything eventually turned out fine. The real highlight of my experience was working with my rep, Zoe. I didn’t get to meet her in person, but she’s an absolute gem—so patient and responsive. No matter what time I reached out, she always returned my messages and calls. Thanks to her, I was able to get through the more difficult parts of the process. Overall, it was a mixed experience that ended on a positive note.
