"Great Clinic, Excellent Results!"
Great clinic with amazing doctors and perfect results! I had a translator with me at every step of the procedure, clearly explaining everything and offering constant support. All the arrangements—from airport pick-up to clinic appointments—were handled in advance, so I had nothing to worry about. Truly a seamless and professional experience from start to finish!
"Disappointing and Unprofessional Response"
I contacted this clinic as part of a thorough search for hair transplant options in Turkey, Australia, and the US. I disclosed all relevant details, including a well-controlled medical condition that is widely understood and documented in modern medicine. Unfortunately, the clinic's response was disappointing. Their approach reflected outdated thinking and a lack of current medical understanding. Instead of a thoughtful, informed discussion, I was met with unnecessary concern that felt more like discrimination than genuine medical caution. This was, by far, the least professional experience I encountered. In contrast, other clinics I reached out to were significantly more knowledgeable, respectful, and open-minded. I’ll be moving forward with one of them instead.

I had my surgery at Doku Clinic on May 16, 2025, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, my medical advisor, Siban Hamo, was absolutely incredible. He guided me through every step of the process, always available, patient, and genuinely caring. His support before, during, and after the procedure made me feel completely safe and looked after. He truly went above and beyond – thank you so much, Siban! My doctor, Dr. Engin Öcal, was also outstanding. He was professional, kind, and highly skilled. The consultation was detailed, the surgery went smoothly, and I felt completely at ease throughout. I’m beyond happy with the results. The clinic staff, especially the nurses, were warm and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable and well-cared for at all times. The hospital service was exceptional – even the food exceeded my expectations! The hotel accommodation was another highlight – clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and the meals were excellent. From airport pickup to hotel stay, surgery, recovery, and follow-up, everything was perfectly organized. I felt truly cared for from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Engin Öcal, Siban Hamo, and the entire team at Doku Clinic. They offer not just great medical results, but true compassion and professionalism. Thank you for everything! 🙏
