"Complaint regarding Bus Trip 8474…"

I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience on Bus Trip 8474 (Stuttgart–Riga) on April 26, 2025, license plate WI-394-LF. The trip was marked by several disappointing and stressful issues. Firstly, although the scheduled departure time was 08:00, the bus departed over an hour late, after 9:00. To make matters worse, no platform number was provided at the Stuttgart bus station, resulting in unnecessary confusion and anxiety while trying to locate the bus. Additionally, the contact phone number listed in the booking confirmation was unreachable, and no response was received to my inquiries. I had specifically booked the "Senior 60+ add. Seat" fare (ticket no. 27496305), expecting the extra comfort promised, but was denied the additional seat. The stewardess not only refused it but did so in a blunt and unfriendly manner. Furthermore, during baggage handling, the drivers were disrespectful and dismissive, adding to an already frustrating experience. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly for senior passengers, and I hope this feedback leads to better organization, clearer communication, and more respectful treatment of customers in the future.

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the poor management and communication I experienced with your service. I had booked a trip from Warsaw to Minsk for the end of April 2025 well in advance, expecting a smooth and reliable journey. However, on the day of departure, there was only a handwritten note in Polish posted on the bus station window stating that the trip was delayed by 3 hours—with another 3-hour delay following shortly after. No official email notification, apology, or offer of a refund was ever sent. Left without clear communication or any assurance that the trip would even proceed, I was forced to pay for an alternative bus to avoid missing my plans. This lack of basic customer service and professionalism is deeply disappointing. I strongly urge others to avoid using this company unless improvements are made in both transparency and passenger support.

"Not comfortable, firm old seat, roof leakage"

We had a very disappointing experience on an Ecolines bus from Khmelnytskyi to Krakow. While the transfer in Lviv was relatively fast, the replacement bus that arrived was in terrible condition—there was very limited legroom, old and uncomfortable seats, and overall, the vehicle felt poorly maintained. Additionally, there was an issue with our reserved seat (#3). When we boarded the new bus, that seat was already occupied. The driver simply said, “The company changed your seat, take seat #43,” with no prior notice or explanation. Unfortunately, seat #43 was wet—there was a leak in the roof directly above the seat, which caused water to drip down continuously. While we understand that changes happen, there was no communication about the seat reassignment, and more importantly, the condition of the bus was unacceptable. I urge your company to inspect buses more thoroughly for damage and to notify passengers of changes via email or SMS. A little transparency and maintenance would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction.
