"Extremely Uncomfortable Rides"

Your drivers seriously need proper training in smooth driving. Every bus ride feels like a roller coaster — constant jerking from gas to brake. It’s incredibly frustrating to experience this every single time. Please teach your drivers how to drive safely and comfortably. Honestly, you should rethink your slogan — “Egged: Making your bad days even worse” feels more accurate right now.

"Terrible Experience with This Bus Service"

I’ve never encountered such poor service from a bus company. The ticket machines frequently overcharge and often fail to recognize valid passes, causing unnecessary frustration. What makes it worse is that customer support refuses to provide full refunds, showing a complete lack of accountability. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

"Outdated Attitude, Poor Management"

There’s a good reason other companies are taking over Egged’s routes and why it was rejected from serving in Europe. While many drivers are decent, a few seem completely unfit for the job. The real issue lies in management — still stuck in an old socialist-style mindset that ignores customer experience and competition. Egged is no longer a monopoly, and it’s time they wake up to that reality.

"Repeated Frustrations with Egged’s Unreliable Service"

Unfortunately, our experiences with Egged have been consistently disappointing and frustrating. As a public service meant to provide reliability and accessibility, it instead demonstrates irresponsibility, poor communication, and a lack of respect for passengers’ time and safety. Too often, buses simply don’t show up—without any notice, update in the app, or indication of whether they will ever arrive. Passengers are left waiting endlessly at stations, sometimes in harsh weather, until they give up or find another way to travel. Equally concerning is the behavior of some drivers: skipping stops, speeding, cutting through traffic, using mobile phones while driving, or outright refusing to pick up passengers. These actions not only violate safety regulations but also endanger lives. Attempts to reach customer service rarely bring results; responses are brief, unhelpful, and often delayed—or never come at all. This complete lack of accountability erodes public trust and makes Egged feel indifferent to the people it’s meant to serve. At a time when public transportation should be a dependable alternative to private vehicles, Egged’s ongoing failures make it harder for passengers to rely on them. We sincerely hope the company takes meaningful action before more people lose faith entirely.

"Worst Bus Service Ever"

This is by far the worst bus service I’ve ever used. The ticket machines constantly overcharge and fail to recognize valid passes. When you contact support, they don’t even issue a full refund. Extremely disappointing experience — avoid if you can.

"Very Disappointing Experience"

Overall, it feels more like a parking lot filled with old buses, many of which you can’t even enter. While there’s plenty of technical information about each bus, there’s no context about when or how they were used in Israel, which makes the visit feel incomplete. The place isn’t very welcoming, and strangely, there’s no signage outside the complex to help visitors find it. Quite a letdown for what could have been an interesting attraction.

"Utterly Disorganized and Unhelpful Service"

What a delusional company! When I approached the information center for help, the clerk told me she didn’t know any phone numbers because she wasn’t affiliated with the company. How can someone working at an information desk have no information at all? It perfectly sums up the confusion and lack of responsibility that seems to define this company.
