"Terrible Service and Disrespectful Management"
The service was absolutely unacceptable. The truck arrived more than two hours late and was filthy. To make matters worse, the manager was arrogant and disrespectful, refusing to return the money and even speaking rudely to elderly women, dismissing their concerns by saying they should know how to demand their rights as seniors. Overall, the experience was a complete disappointment. If you ever have the option to travel with this company, don’t waste your time—it’s simply not worth it.

The staff is polite, but the condition of the buses is unacceptable. The interiors smell terrible, hygiene is very poor, and the onboard screens don’t work. I only chose this service because of a discount offer, but the moment I boarded, I regretted it. If you can afford the regular fare with another company, I strongly recommend doing so. My trip from Mexico City to Querétaro was short, yet it still felt unpleasant; I can’t imagine how unbearable a longer journey would be. The bathroom odor spread throughout the bus, making the ride extremely uncomfortable. I traveled round trip, and unfortunately, both experiences were the same. The seats are old, dirty, and uncomfortable. Just a few days earlier, I used First Class Plus and had a great experience, which made this journey with FUTURA Estrella Blanca an even bigger disappointment.
"Awful Experience with Grupo Estrella"
If you have the chance to travel with Grupo Estrella, I strongly suggest passing it up. Their service is unreliable and frustrating — buses make unannounced stops, delays often stretch an hour or more, and their customer service lines are useless as no one answers. To make matters worse, the manager at Taxqueña is unhelpful and rude, doing nothing to resolve problems. Truly a terrible experience.

This company provides awful service, both in transportation and customer care. On top of that, they do not respect the charges shown on the invoice. I was billed an additional $150.00 for the plating of my box when I used their courier service. How is this even possible? It feels dishonest and leaves me questioning whether they are running a scam. Customers deserve transparency and respect, not hidden fees and terrible treatment. I strongly advise against trusting FUTURA Estrella Blanca with your travel or shipments.

Do not travel with Autobuses Futura Estrella Blanca! This company treats animals like objects, forcing them into the bus trunk without care or safety. The operators are rude and irresponsible — they even took out a kitten, #Yoli, in the middle of the road, and when the bus arrived at its destination, the owner could not find her. This is outright #AnimalAbuse and shows a complete lack of respect for pets. Avoid this company at all costs!
"Affordable but Poor Handling of Bicycles and Luggage"
I have been traveling with this transport service for some time now. It’s not the most comfortable, but it is economical and generally meets its purpose. However, traveling with a bicycle is very complicated—they charge extra baggage fees and do not pack it with proper care. If you are carrying delicate items, I would not recommend this company, as they transport a lot of cargo in packages and are not very careful with your belongings.

What happened to Yoli, the beloved pet who was placed in the trunk of an Autobuses Futura Estrella Blanca unit traveling from Mexico City to Zacatecas, but never reached her destination? This is a heartbreaking and unacceptable situation. Passengers trust their lives — and in this case, their loved ones — to your company when they choose your transportation service. Losing a pet along the way shows not only negligence but also a lack of responsibility toward customers. Yoli’s disappearance raises serious questions: how could a pet simply vanish mid-trip, and why was she reportedly taken out of the trunk during the journey? The public deserves answers, accountability, and above all, respect for the lives entrusted to you.
