"Terrible Experience with Unprofessional Staff"

The staff were extremely rude and seemed eager to leave without ensuring all passengers were on board. The trip ended up taking five hours longer than it should have, and we were misled about the seating arrangements. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

"Horrendous Service and Misleading Ticket Sales"

This company provides the worst service imaginable. They sell bus tickets that don’t actually exist, effectively forcing passengers to take whatever trips are available. Their customer service is abysmal. Truly the worst experience.
