"Great location"

The hotel offers good service and an excellent location, very close to everything you might want to explore. The bed was extremely comfortable, making for a restful stay. The only areas for improvement would be the carpet and the housekeeping routine—on one occasion, staff tried to enter the room without prior notice. I suggested that a call to the room phone would be a better approach. Additionally, while we received the benefits of the loyalty program in the lobby, there was no explanation of the amenities included, which would have been helpful. Despite these minor issues, the stay was very enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel.

"Watch out the Shower Head at a Mexican Hotel"

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and featured comfortable bedding and pillows. However, the shower setup needs improvement—being an overhead shower, it’s difficult to avoid getting your hair wet without a shower cap. The executive lounge food was disappointing: scrambled eggs were overcooked, boiled eggs were cold, and the toaster was only occasionally available, leaving bread cold at times. The buffet breakfast at the Reforma restaurant was good, but expensive, with limited options—no mushrooms, sausages, or tomatoes—making it feel less than good value for money. Service throughout the hotel was very good, though, which was a highlight.

"Very good hotel"

The hotel may be older, but it is very comfortable and perfectly located, offering all the necessary services for a pleasant stay. The food is excellent, and the staff provide attentive and friendly service. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the room feels a bit dated, with some paint imperfections, and the carpet had a noticeable old smell. Overall, though, it’s a very enjoyable place to stay.

"Landscape and route for emperors."

The hotel enjoys an excellent location and offers unbeatable value when available. It is conveniently accessible on foot, by taxi, bus, or metro, making it easy to explore the city. The pricing is very reasonable for the category, adding to its appeal.

"CDMX Getaway"

The hotel is very well situated near Reforma, offering easy access to shopping, excellent restaurants, cozy cafés, and the historic center. The neighborhood is very safe, making it comfortable to walk around quietly at any time of day.

"Better Than Ever"

We often stay at the Fiesta Americana on Reforma, and this visit was especially enjoyable. The hotel shows clear signs of effort to refresh and improve the guest experience—the elevators have been updated, the staff are noticeably more helpful, and the property feels refreshed overall. Our room on the 22nd floor was comfortable, clean, and offered great views of the city. Security is visible but unobtrusive, adding a sense of safety. We also enjoyed the included breakfast and happy hour beverages and snacks. A big thank you to the staff for making our stay so pleasant!

"great service"

The hotel offers very good service overall. Our housekeeping attendant, Reyna, was amazing and went above and beyond. There’s plenty of assistance available and strong security throughout the property. The only downside is that there is no free parking.

"Nice hotel for the area. Friendly and safe"

The hotel has a great location with friendly staff and nice rooms for the area. The free breakfast for Fiesta Club members offers a decent selection, though it becomes a bit repetitive after a couple of days. The property is kept clean but shows its age, and it’s clear it was much nicer in the past. Some small frustrations include the limited coffee and water (only two coffee pods per day) and the locked mini fridge, which required a deposit that was never used. For a better experience, book the highest room possible to avoid noise and enjoy a view.

"Excellent Location, Poor Service at Reception"

The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore the area. Room cleaning was consistently very good. However, staff would knock on the door early in the morning to wake guests, which can be intrusive. Additionally, the reception service was poor and not very attentive, which detracted from an otherwise decent stay.

Fiesta Americana Reforma

Popular mid-range choice on Reforma Boulevard with modern rooms and good service. Great location for exploring museums, parks, and restaurants.
