"Inexpensive Hotel and Resort on the Marina"
This resort is a smaller, two-story property located right on the Marina in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed in a suite on the third floor, which featured a large balcony with beautiful views of the marina. Be aware that accessing these rooms requires climbing a long set of stairs from the second floor, so they may not be suitable for everyone, although there is an elevator to the second floor. The resort has a pool and two outdoor dining areas, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Its location is ideal for walking around and exploring the marina, offering a convenient and scenic base for your stay.
"Great STAFF"
Our arrival at the hotel was a bit daunting. When my friend and I first checked in, we were given a busy room, and the internet did not work at all during our stay. However, the incredible hotel staff truly made our experience much better. I want to give a special shout-out to Maximiliano, Carlos Urrutia, Vladimir, Osvaldo, Francisco, Alejandro, Karen, and Mariano. Thanks to their dedication and friendliness, they turned what could have been a frustrating stay into a very positive experience.
"Too bad for the restaurant"
The restaurant experience at this hotel was disappointing. The waiters seemed inattentive and unfriendly, often appearing in a bad mood and trying to overcharge. It was unfortunate, especially because the rest of the staff—reception, housekeeping, and support team—were very attentive and friendly. Even at the end of our stay, they thoughtfully gave us water to say goodbye, which was a nice gesture amidst an otherwise frustrating dining experience.
"Recommendation"
We had a very good experience at this hotel! The welcome was warm, the pool was nice, and the rooms were very comfortable. The food was rich and flavorful, and the drinks offered plenty of variety. A special mention to bartender David, who served with a great attitude and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. :)
"Something that was somewhat lacking was the food, not everything was bad from the waiter Alex was very friendly, efficient as well as helpful"
The room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a restful stay. It also offered a nice view, conveniently located in front of the yacht port. A few drawbacks included a difficult-to-use TV remote, unreliable Wi-Fi, and a safe that was hard to close. Despite these minor issues, the room’s comfort and location made it a pleasant experience overall.
"Nice place"
This was my first time traveling from Guadalajara, Jalisco, and overall the experience was fine. The main area for improvement would be guest service, as some waiters attended to us in a less-than-friendly manner. On the positive side, the drinks were excellent, and a special shout-out goes to bartender David for his great attitude—it's clear he enjoys his work, and it shows in the quality of the drinks and his service.
"Pay more and stay somewhere else"
The hotel is very affordable and offers decent marina views, a clean environment, and friendly staff in a great location. The air conditioning worked well, and the overall setting is pleasant. However, there are several drawbacks. The water pressure in the bathroom was awful, the Wi-Fi was virtually unusable, and the rooms feel outdated. There was no coffee maker or mini fridge in the room, and coffee wasn’t available in the lobby. While we made the right choice by not opting for the all-inclusive package, these issues mean we would not stay here again.
"Good hotel, central for touring."
The hotel is clean, organized, and well-maintained, with a very attentive lobby staff. Its central location is ideal for guests looking to explore and tour the area. The main area that could use improvement is the food—the offerings could be more attractive and varied. Introducing an à la carte option would be a great enhancement. Overall, it’s a good hotel with solid service and a convenient location.
