"Horrible Service and Unsafe Buses – Avoid FlechaBus"

On October 27, I traveled to Federación and we were stuck on the bus for three hours, from 3:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., due to a broken pulley. The bus was hot and completely dark—absolutely horrible. On October 5, returning from Federación, another mechanical failure left us stranded for two and a half hours until, half asleep and frustrated, we were transferred to another bus. While the driver was apologetic and very friendly, the overall experience was unacceptable. On what should have been an 8-hour trip, it turned into 11–12 hours—twice! The buses are patched-up, dirty, with filthy seats. Passengers are not cattle. FlechaBus, please manage your fleet properly and provide customers the quality service they deserve.

"Disastrous Aeroparque Bus Service"

The new Aeroparque bus service is an absolute disaster. The drivers seemed unaware they were supposed to enter the bus bay, stopping instead in front of the bus while passengers waited in the proper area, then continuing on. Only half an hour later were they notified they had left people stranded, and they eventually turned around. The bus arrived 40 minutes late, leaving everyone frustrated and desperate. To make matters worse, there was no functioning phone line or WhatsApp support for communication. This level of service is completely unacceptable for passengers.

"Delayed Departure and Misleading Seat Description"

The service scheduled for 7:30 p.m. arrived late at 7:45 p.m. and only departed at 8 p.m. Additionally, the reading lights at the seats did not work. The seat advertised as a fully horizontal “bed” turned out to be just a semi-reclining seat, which was misleading when purchasing the ticket.

"Terrible Experience – Expensive Ticket, No Service"

I paid $62,500 for a ticket, only to have rain leaking onto my seat for the entire trip. To make matters worse, nobody from the company or the drivers responded to complaints. Completely unacceptable service for such a high price.

"Discomfort Despite Spacious Seats"

The Sleeper Car service offers spacious seats, but it’s surprising that such an established company, influential in tourism, overlooks basic comfort. The seats aren’t designed for use without pillows, and the air conditioning is set extremely cold at around -10 °C, with blankets no longer provided, making the journey uncomfortable despite the seat size.

"Nostalgic for Better Times"

Unfortunately, long-distance transportation systems are no longer what they used to be years ago. While they still serve the useful purpose of connecting towns and shortening travel distances, there’s a noticeable decline in quality and service. Hopefully, improvements will be made, and these systems can return to the standards they once upheld.

"Terrible Service and Uncomfortable Ride"

We were traveling to Florence for a retreat, and the experience was awful. The car was old, drafty, and uncomfortable everywhere. On top of that, the drivers were unprofessional and far from pleasant, making the journey even more frustrating. Definitely not recommended.
