The avenues in this area are far too dangerous and urgently need more police presence. Both the upper and lower sections are filled with hazardous potholes, putting pedestrians at risk. Additionally, the streets are cluttered with litter and poorly dressed individuals, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment for everyone.

The office facilities are good and functional, providing a comfortable working environment. However, the surrounding area is not particularly attractive, which slightly diminishes the overall appeal of the location.

The location is convenient, with popular shops like Oxxo, Cruz Verde, BBC, and others nearby, making it an attractive spot. However, inside the building, the experience is less satisfying. The entrance doors are limited and often malfunction, and the elevators feel cramped. Cafeteria areas are small and uncomfortable, while the terrace would benefit from better maintenance and decoration to create a more welcoming and peaceful atmosphere.

The construction of this “mega building” by Colpatria has uprooted my family, putting our lives at risk and affecting countless neighbors. Their project has severely compromised the structural integrity of surrounding buildings, prompting IDIGER to intervene and mediate our eviction due to the imminent danger of collapse. Yet, the company refuses to take responsibility. It may sound exaggerated, but their vision seems to be one of demolishing the very neighborhood where we were born. My family is in despair; some neighbors have already passed away, while others have fallen ill. Why won’t they face us and fairly compensate my parents for the true value of their home? Their ambition to keep building taller towers shows a disregard for human life, prioritizing profit over people. This relentless drive to expand leaves families in ruin, showing a disturbing lack of accountability for the communities their projects destroy.
