"Bus Stop Closure Causes Inconvenience"

Keep in mind that this bus stop only operates when Fuji Q Theme Park is open. On the day we were scheduled to catch a bus, the theme park was closed, and so was the bus stop. This caused problems for multiple people who tried to purchase tickets but couldn’t because the counter was closed. The bus stop should remain open regardless of the theme park’s schedule to avoid unnecessary inconvenience for travelers.

"Chaotic and Poorly Managed Bus Station"

This station is extremely poorly designed and organized. The automatic door sensors keep both doors open to the cold because matcha machines and notice boards are placed in a spot that constantly triggers them. There are no proper queues for the platforms, resulting in a chaotic mob trying to board random buses that all use the same platform. On top of that, the bus departed 20 minutes late. In all my years in Japan, I’ve never experienced such poor management—leaving passengers freezing, frustrated, and stressed.

"Convenient Bus Stop with Comfortable Express Ride"

The bus stop is attached to a small shopping store, which sells drinks, snacks, and souvenirs. There aren’t many seats outside to wait, and inside the store there was a very strong smell of fried food. Despite this, the express bus back to Shinjuku was very comfortable, and it offered free Wi-Fi on board, making the ride enjoyable.

"Overcrowded Mini Buses"

The buses are extremely crowded, mainly because they are just mini buses. This makes the ride uncomfortable, especially during busy times.

"Unpleasant Experience – Too Many Bugs"

The place is overrun with bugs, making the experience very uncomfortable. There’s little to enjoy when insects are everywhere.

"Station Opens Late – Buy Tickets in Advance"

Warning to future travelers: the station opens at 11 a.m., so you can’t purchase tickets right away. We had to wait just to collect ours. To avoid delays, make sure to buy your ticket in advance!

"Confusing Bus Stop Location Inside Fuji Q"

I’ve never seen a bus stop in such a tricky location! I expected it to be near the station, but it’s actually deep inside Fuji Q. At first, I thought Google Maps gave me the wrong directions, so I navigated through the parking lot and then to Seven Eleven. It was really confusing, especially since it was my first time visiting and I had no prior experience with the area.
