"Very rude stuff, disgusting hotel"
This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service was terrible, and the staff were unhelpful to the point of being rude. The toilet lock in our room didn’t work, and to make matters worse, some of our belongings went missing during our stay. When I raised my concerns, the response from the staff was shocking—they told me, “If you don’t like it, you can go to another hotel.” Absolutely disgusting. The entire place had an unpleasant smell, and the breakfast was among the worst I’ve ever been served at any hotel. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
"10/10"
I had a short stay here and it was a shame I had to leave early. The hotel is in a great location near the airport, and the reception service was first class. My room was clean, spacious, and the shower room was spotless. The only downside was the view, which was just of nearby buildings. Breakfast was included and added to the positive experience. Overall, I would fully recommend this hotel.
"The picture is sad"
The hotel disappointed from the very first steps. The already narrow corridors are lined with cribs. All possible handles: on doors, windows, bedside tables, in the elevator are dangling. Balcony doors and windows do not close. The windows themselves are foggy from the inside. The curtains are torn, the towels are washed and gray. The hammam is closed, breakfast is completely minimalist. In the photographs it all looked neat and clean. In reality, the picture is sad and not worth a single lira.
"Lovely rooms!"
This is a good hotel for its economic pricing, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff was helpful and even allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated! The location is great, with plenty of food joints and departmental stores nearby. Breakfast was okay, but the massage services and other amenities offered were definitely worth the price. Overall, a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay.
"Very good stay"
Very please with the hotel, came with my wife and children as I was having my teeth done, the room was very spacious comfy beds and clean. We found the restaurant at the hotel was good quality tasty food and good choice. Staff where just amazing we needed help with a few things like printing our boarding passes, needing taxis and just general info on the area as we wanted to explore, nothing was ever a trouble they were always happy to help. Would go back again definitely!
"Reviews do not reflect the reality of the place"
The breakfast was extremely poor – powdered coffee from a machine, no proper cutlery, and unappetizing fries and meat served in the morning. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent, with just one overworked woman doing everything from preparing breakfast to cleaning the hotel, leaving her no time to clean rooms regularly. The outdoor area was appalling, with guests eating on an unfinished terrace next to a doghouse that gave off bad smells. The owner was rude and dismissive, showing no care for guests. We were even asked to do our own housekeeping. We had booked for 3 weeks due to quarantine and doctor’s appointments, yet our room was cleaned only 3 times. Unfortunately, we couldn’t switch hotels because they refused to refund our money. COVID measures were poorly enforced throughout the property. There are many charming and affordable hotels in Antalya’s Old Town run by genuine Turkish families—I strongly recommend staying at one of those instead of this terrible place.
