"Never again"

We’re never coming back here. The dining room is far too small for a hotel of this size. The doors open at 6:30 PM, and by 6:45 PM there are no tables left and very long lines for food. The meals were monotonous and lacked variety. Since our flight wasn’t until 11:00 PM, we tried to keep our room longer. They allowed it, but charged €25 per hour—something we’ve never experienced before at other hotels. The pool was also overcrowded, and if you wanted a spot you had to get up early to reserve it with a towel. We’ve stayed at much better hotels and won’t be returning.

"Greatt"

Everything was great—I really liked this hotel! I’m very thankful to all the staff, especially Mert from housekeeping and the Guest Relations team for their outstanding service. They made our stay even more enjoyable.

"Stunning hotel"

I just returned from a 1-week holiday, and all I can say is this is a really great hotel for families. It never disappoints! The food, drinks, service, and staff were excellent—I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with kids. ✅ Rooms: We stayed in a Family Deluxe Room, which was perfect. It had two separate sleeping areas—one with a double bed and one with two singles—a spacious bathroom with a large shower, and a balcony. Everything was clean and well-maintained. ✅ Pool & Sunbeds: If you want sunbeds right by the pool, you’ll need to be up early as most are taken by 8:30 AM. However, there are still plenty of beds available on the sides of the pool. ✅ Entertainment & Facilities: Great entertainment for all ages. There’s also a cinema and a playground for the kids, which was a big plus. ✅ Beach: The hotel is very close to the beach—just a short walk away. ✅ Food: During main mealtimes, the food was very good with plenty of choice. However, outside of lunch and dinner times, the snack selection was a bit limited. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. This hotel is ideal for families looking for a fun and relaxing holiday.

"Worst experience of turkish hotel"

Our stay has been nothing short of miserable and disappointing. ❌ The room was infested with ants—even though we’re on the 9th floor. ❌ Housekeeping was shoddy; they even entered our room after we specifically said no. ❌ Both of us are now covered in bites from who knows what. ❌ In 10 days, our bedding hasn’t been changed once. ❌ We were put in a standard room with the tiniest TV imaginable, despite what was advertised. The photos shown by TUI are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of the rooms. For the money we paid, this has been a terrible experience, and I highly recommend booking elsewhere. We’ll be filing formal complaints with TUI and ABTA as soon as we return to the UK.

"Brilliant hotel"

We had an amazing two-week stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The food was fantastic with plenty of variety, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pools are on the smaller side, but we never had any issues going for a swim. The only downside we experienced had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Unfortunately, my partner developed a lung infection and had to spend two days in a private hospital. Be very cautious if you ever need medical care in Turkey—the hospital staff were unprofessional, starting a drip without even finding a vein, which caused his arm to swell badly. They seemed more focused on running up an expensive bill than actually diagnosing the issue, and we were treated like prisoners until the bill was fully paid. It was a stressful and unpleasant experience, and the hospital staff were shockingly rude. Back at the hotel, we were able to relax and enjoy the rest of our holiday. A few extra tips: If you plan to visit Land of Legends, make sure your kids wear proper T-shirts (like football jerseys) to cover up if they’re sunburned, otherwise they won’t be allowed on the rides—a frustrating rule that ruined part of our day. VIP car service “Ella Cars” is absolutely amazing—we highly recommend them for airport transfers and trips around Antalya. Be careful with ATMs; they charge about £8 per transaction, so it’s better to withdraw a larger amount at once to save on fees. The steakhouse near the hotel is excellent, and the beach bar (exclusive to Grand Park Lara guests) serves lovely food if you’re looking for a change of scenery. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. As long as you stay healthy, you’ll have a fantastic time here. We’ll definitely return!

"3 stars"

The hotel itself was clean and set in a lovely resort, with a good layout and decent amenities for families. We stayed in a Family Elite Room, which was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. However, there were a few issues: the shower and air conditioning both leaked, the mattresses were quite hard, and a microwave in the room would have been very helpful for warming baby milk. The staff were polite and helpful, and service overall was good. The food was okay—slightly repetitive over the days, but even our fussy eaters managed to find something each mealtime. The main downside was the entertainment, which felt underwhelming and not up to the hotel’s potential. What really impacted our stay, though, was the behaviour of some other guests. At times there was a rowdy, disrespectful atmosphere with unsupervised children being disruptive. On one occasion, the police were called due to a disturbance, and on another, a guest raised serious concerns about a child’s safety. While the hotel has potential, the lack of guest standards and poor entertainment made it difficult for us to fully enjoy our stay. We wouldn’t return, but it may suit families who don’t mind a livelier (and at times chaotic) environment.

"Very Good"

We arrived late at night, and check-in was quick and straightforward. Despite the hotel having several blocks, it was easy to find our room thanks to the two reception points. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room. While the main bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom was fine, we were a little disappointed that the two single beds were placed right at the entrance. The buffet restaurants (three in total) and snack bars were good. As with most all-inclusive resorts, the food was a bit repetitive, but we never struggled to find something to enjoy each day. The ice cream selection was fantastic, offering plenty of variety for everyone. Drinks were fine overall, though the lager was a little flat. The patisserie was a lovely touch where you could enjoy cakes and coffee. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and constantly cleaning—the hotel was absolutely spotless. It definitely feels more like a 4-star property than a 3-star. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked again for next year, this time choosing a Grand Deluxe Family Room with two separate bedrooms and a seating area for more space. The only negative was during some of the evening shows, where the music included swear words—even though children were in the audience. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxing getaway.

"Bedbugs in the room"

Hello, Unfortunately, I have to start with a serious issue that completely overshadowed our holiday. During our stay, we discovered bedbugs in our room. While there weren’t many, their presence was confirmed by photos showing clear bedbug traces—not to mention the bites we suffered. When we reported this through the Quest service, the only solution offered was a replacement of the bed linens. This is not how such a problem should be handled. The room should have been treated immediately and we should have been moved to a different room. At checkout, I asked staff for a bedbug treatment spray to use on our luggage to avoid bringing them home. Shockingly, I was told that the hotel had no such products available, only treatment services for rooms. When I asked where I might purchase such a spray nearby, no one could advise me. I ended up running around to local shops and pharmacies in vain. Now, even after returning home, I’m left in constant worry—inspecting our apartment daily and taking extensive precautions to prevent infestation. We had to buy a bedbug repellent, treat our suitcases, wash all our clothes at high temperatures (even delicate items), and steam-clean backpacks and carry-on bags. To make matters worse, Room 3902 had visible damage—furniture with swollen wooden doors and cabinets stained with liquid. At first, I thought it might be water damage from the roof (we were on the 9th floor), but it’s more likely residue from a prior bedbug treatment that clearly failed. Aside from this major issue, the hotel had positives: ✅ The food and beach were very good, which were our priorities when booking. ✅ Staff in other areas were generally attentive. But sadly, this experience left a lasting negative impression and we will not be returning. Recommendations to the hotel: 1️⃣ Prepare meals for children (poultry, beef, soups) without spices—just lightly salted. Also, consider offering milk-based foods like yogurt, milk, and cereal for dinner. We had to take these from breakfast in disposable cups to feed our child later in the evening. 2️⃣ Pay more attention to cleaning air conditioners, which had a thick layer of dust. Since they’re mounted directly above beds in small standard rooms, guests cannot run them at night without risking illness. Consider adding plastic deflectors to redirect airflow—many guests would appreciate this. This stay was such a disappointment because the hotel otherwise has so much potential. But unless hygiene and room maintenance are taken more seriously, you will continue to lose customers.

"Fantastic could b not complain about any thing"

I had the best holiday with my family at Grand Lara Park Resort in Antalya. Yunasemre was very helpful in every aspect and made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was okay, but overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!

"Family trip"

Some of the beds weren’t very comfortable, but overall I really enjoyed my stay! I loved eating, swimming, and having fun with my family. Playing games like Pokémon Go with my brother made it even better.
