"Declining Punctuality and Service"
Greenline bus service has noticeably declined recently. Many coaches are frequently delayed, and passengers now face unpredictable schedules. For a service of this reputation, better punctuality and overall quality are expected. Management needs to address these issues promptly to restore passenger confidence.
"Comfortable and Enjoyable Launch Ride"
The launch was spacious and well-equipped, spanning three floors. The fully functional AC system kept the environment comfortable, and the onboard restaurant offered fast food options. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the journey from Ilisha to Dhaka was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a fast, comfortable, and enjoyable way to travel.
"Unreliable Service and Poor Bus Conditions on Green Line Paribahan"
My experience with Green Line Paribahan was extremely disappointing. The buses often fail to maintain their schedule, and onboard service is very poor. The condition of the buses is far below acceptable standards, with engine failures during the journey being a common issue. While the buses may look fine from the outside, the reality is very different. Travelers should think twice before choosing Green Line Paribahan for their trip.
"Good Reputation but Limited Food Options on Dhaka–Cox’s Bazar Route"
This transport service has built a strong reputation over the years for vehicle quality and passenger comfort. However, on the Dhaka–Cox’s Bazar route, there is room for improvement regarding travel stoppages. The two stops at Cumilla and Chakoria feature well-decorated restaurants, but food options are limited and prices are high. On a recent 12-hour journey, passengers were served the same dish (Khichuri) at both stops, with no alternative options available. For true passenger comfort, the company should diversify food choices and better accommodate travelers’ needs during long journeys.
"Uncomfortable Journey on Greenline Double Decker"
I recently traveled from Sylhet to Dhaka on Greenline Double Decker (Coach No: 547, Bus No: 3721) on 21st June and had a very uncomfortable experience. My seats—D1, D2, and D3 on the lower deck—were cramped with very little space in front or behind, making it impossible to recline properly. On top of that, the elevated position of these seats meant that oncoming headlights shone directly into our eyes, preventing any sleep. By contrast, my journey a few days earlier on Coach No: 507 was far more comfortable, with plenty of space in the lower deck and a much better travel experience. Overall, I strongly advise avoiding D1, D2, and D3 on the lower deck of Greenline Double Deckers, especially considering the ticket price of 1200 BDT for such narrow seating.
"Comfortable and Customer-Focused Travel"
Green Line Paribahan continues to impress by introducing the latest, comfortable buses designed with passengers’ comfort and satisfaction in mind. I truly enjoy traveling with their service and highly recommend it for a pleasant journey.
"Extremely Poor Experience on Greenline Bus"
Our journey on Greenline was very disappointing. The bus started 20 minutes late, and the driver stopped three times for personal prayer, which no passenger requested. These unnecessary stops caused us to get caught in traffic, making us three hours late. Sick children and elderly passengers suffered greatly due to the delays. The ride itself was uncomfortable, with excessive turbulence despite the bus traveling only around 70 km/h. Many of the vehicles appear outdated, and the double-decker buses lack front window blinds, meaning oncoming headlights disturb passengers’ sleep. Additionally, the driver parked on the wrong side of the highway just to pick up a single passenger, which felt unsafe. Considering the high ticket price, the level of service was completely unacceptable.
