"Wonderful experience!"

The driver was extremely polite, the bus was spotless, and the seats were very comfortable. I really appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the fact that the bus had outlets to charge devices! Overall, my trip was fantastic. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bus didn’t arrive at the business location listed on the website and ticket. Instead, it stopped at a parking lot across the street at a different business. It would have been helpful to know about this in advance.

"No internet facility"

There was no internet service despite them claiming it was available. It was incredibly disappointing. They shouldn’t promise such facilities if they can’t deliver on them.

"The good and the bad."

My friend and I have been using Greyhound for our east coast travels over the past month. Overall, the experience has been fairly good, but there have been a few issues along the way. The air conditioning on the bus is extremely cold, especially during overnight trips. I'm not usually sensitive to temperature, but we had to wear three layers of clothes to stay warm. It’s not just the temperature – the A/C ventilation sometimes blows so strongly that the noise keeps you awake. While you can open additional vents, I’ve never seen anyone actually use that feature. Another concern is the water leakage inside the bus during rain. We've experienced this on multiple buses, with water dripping in from both the windows and emergency exits, soaking passengers and their belongings. The water even gets into the luggage storage, leaving our bags completely drenched upon arrival. This is a major issue, especially when valuables like passports, driver’s licenses, clothes, and shoes are ruined, which is particularly problematic when you need them right after getting off the bus. Despite these problems, there have been some positives. The drivers have always been friendly and helpful, and the buses have generally arrived on time, even though there have been a couple of delays at pickup. I hope this provides some helpful insight.
