"Great location and staff"
We had requested two beds, and although they couldn’t accommodate this on the first night, they made up the king bed in a German style, which worked well. The location is excellent, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has two treadmills and an elliptical machine, which we appreciated. Our only issue was the air conditioning—it struggled to cool the room to our preferred temperature, even though it was only in the 60s outside. However, the bedding was high-quality and very comfortable. The team also arranged a boxed breakfast for our early flight and booked a first-class car service to the airport. It would have been a 5-star stay if the A/C performed better.

Booked this hotel based on other reviews noting its central location, and they were spot on. It’s just a 6-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, about 15 minutes to the Pantheon, and Piazza Venezia feels like your backyard. The rooms are very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff is friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again. The only downside is that the air conditioning doesn’t seem to work well during cooler months. As someone who runs hot, I was uncomfortable during the last two days of our stay. No fans were available, and when we opened the window, we faced the main road, which brought cigarette smoke and street noise.

The H10 Palazzo Galla is conveniently located within walking distance of most major landmarks. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Service is excellent across the board—from the bellmen and doormen to the front desk, breakfast area, bars, and housekeeping.
"Fabulous hotel"
My mum and I stayed here for a few nights and were so glad we chose this hotel. The location is excellent, and the hotel felt quiet compared to the noise outside. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was included, which was a lovely change from the usual offerings you find in chain hotels in the UK. Our room was always spotless and comfortable. I’m already missing the shower so much that I’m planning to buy the shower gel tomorrow! As others have mentioned, the rooftop bar is a wonderful bonus, and the views are fantastic. I already know that next time I return to Rome, this will be my hotel of choice.
"a good hotel"
A good hotel with spacious rooms located near the ancient Roman fora. Breakfast is very delicious. The lobby is small and uninspiring, and the rooftop bar only opens at 16:00 and is somewhat underwhelming. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and most major attractions are within walking distance.
"Just a few minutes walk from the Colosseum"
A very nice hotel with truly exceptional staff—everyone was incredibly kind. We received thoughtful touches throughout our stay, including biscuits, olive oil, and prosecco. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Our suite was beautiful, and I especially loved the balcony. The location is excellent, close to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and other major attractions. Don’t miss the rooftop bar with its amazing views!

Great location and a nice room, though storage space for clothes is limited. Still waters are included. Joining H10 provides additional discounts and perks. The hotel features a fitness center, and the rooftop bar is a highlight, albeit pricier than most. The property felt a bit too much like a chain, which was expected, but for a more unique experience, I would consider a boutique hotel instead.

We loved our stay at H10 Palazzo Galla! The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern, stylish, and impeccably maintained. It’s perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk to Trevi Fountain and 10 minutes to the Colosseum—with plenty of nearby cafés and restaurants. The staff was wonderful and attentive. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!
"Nice hotel but wouldn’t come back"
A very cute, trendy designer hotel with top-floor rooms offering stunning, romantic views of nearby domes. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. However, I would not choose this hotel again, as the location is inconvenient and the surrounding area is not particularly attractive.
"Wonderful stay"
Wonderful stay in Rome! The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Our Superior Roma room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and quiet at the rear of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, welcoming us with a glass of Prosecco and complimentary cocktails during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering a fresh buffet as well as made-to-order cooked items. The rooftop terrace is a fantastic bonus, with views of the Pantheon and other key sights. Bar prices are a bit high, but expected for central Rome. Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely return!
