Unprofessional company with poor customer service. They provided contradictory information, making it difficult to get clear answers. I would say the same about their reliability, as they failed to send us the tickets on time, which completely ruined our experience. We had to reach out to our bank to request a refund because their support was unhelpful. Would not recommend.
