"Good hotel but staff not very proactive"
This hotel is pleasant and boasts a fantastic swimming pool. While its location is favorable, there appears to be a slight issue with the staff's friendliness. When customers seek assistance, the staff doesn't always exhibit a proactive or readily helpful attitude.
