"Fantastic Food and Friendly Vibe"

The staff were super friendly, and everything we had was absolutely amazing. Highlights included the triple-cooked chips (not pictured) paired with a delicious truffle mayo and tangy BBQ sauce—seriously addictive! The dessert was also a standout—one of the best I’ve had in a while. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the whole experience even better. I’d definitely go again!

"Underwhelming Experience for the Price"

I was a bit disappointed overall. The meal felt quite expensive for what it was, and most dishes were more basic than I had anticipated. While everything was generally tasty, there weren’t many surprises. The "Sexy Tofu" stood out as a highlight, and the “sushi” offered some interesting textures—especially the warm pieces. The "crab" burger was decent, but nothing memorable. Desserts were light and flavorful, but the experience as a whole lacked the excitement I was hoping for. There are other vegan restaurants in London that offer more inventive dishes and better value. The space has a sleek, upscale feel at first glance, but details like dirty menus took away from that impression. Not sure I’ll be rushing back.

"Disappointing Experience Despite a Lovely Ambience"

The restaurant’s ambiance was its strongest point—warm and inviting—but sadly, the experience didn’t live up to expectations beyond that. The food was just okay; I’ve definitely had better, especially at this price point. Portion sizes were small, and the flavors didn’t quite justify the cost. Our order took an unusually long time to arrive—we watched others who came in after us get served first. After raising our concerns, we were offered a complimentary side dish, which was appreciated, but unfortunately unmemorable. When I commented on the pricing, the waiter replied (in an Italian accent) that it was “because the food is vegan” — he later admitted he wasn’t vegan himself, which made the explanation feel even more dismissive. Drinks were also just average—not bad, but not particularly noteworthy. Overall, it was a disappointing birthday dinner. With so many fantastic vegan spots in London, this one just didn’t make the cut. I won’t be going out of my way to return. Lots of potential, but sadly, it fell short.

"Exceptional Vegan Dining with Stellar Service — Just One Small Letdown"

Incredible food and an outstanding vegan menu with a wide variety of choices. The service was impeccable—warm, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. Although the food took some time to arrive, the restaurant was fully booked, so it was completely understandable—and absolutely worth the wait. The truffle mash, in particular, was pure heaven! Our only minor disappointment was being seated at the worst table in the restaurant, with our backs to the room for the entire evening. It made it difficult to soak in the atmosphere and enjoy the full dining experience. I’d strongly recommend reconsidering your seating arrangements to ensure all guests can enjoy the ambiance equally. Still, it’s a solid five stars for the food and service. We’ll definitely be returning!

"Delicious Food but Service and Cleanliness Could Be Improved"

The food was absolutely amazing—flavourful, well-seasoned, and satisfying portion sizes! I especially loved the mocktail I ordered—it was delicious. However, there were a few issues that impacted the overall experience. I noticed dirty cutlery underneath our table, which wasn’t a great first impression. Additionally, my meal took significantly longer than the rest of the table’s—two of my guests had nearly finished eating before mine arrived. I raised this with the staff, and they kindly removed my dish from the bill, which I appreciated. Service overall was a bit slow, though our waiter (a gentleman with a dark man bun) was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, a coffee we ordered at the end of the meal was forgotten. Lastly, the bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired—I won’t go into details, but it definitely needs more attention. Despite these hiccups, we had a pleasant evening thanks to the great food and warm service. With a few improvements in cleanliness and coordination, this could be an excellent spot.

"Exceptional Vegan Food with Lovely Atmosphere"

This was some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had—beautifully presented, with complex and wonderful flavours throughout. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, and the overall vibe of the place was warm and inviting. The service was good, and one server in particular stood out for being especially attentive (though I didn’t catch his name). I’m giving 4 stars for service only because it felt like the team could have used one more person—at times it took a while to get someone’s attention. Overall, a fantastic dining experience and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-quality vegan cuisine!
