"Unforgettable Horseback Tour in Cusco – Highly Recommended!"

This was one of the best tours we did during our round-the-world trip. Holger was an incredible guide—extremely knowledgeable and full of fascinating historical insights. The horses were healthy and well cared for, and our ride through the Devil’s Balcony was truly unforgettable. Booking was quick and simple. Holger ran the tour even though it was just the two of us (my husband and me), and communication via WhatsApp was seamless. From transportation to the tour itself, everything went smoothly. We would absolutely book this experience again. It’s a truly special memory we’ll always treasure. If you’re in Cusco, don’t miss this tour!

"Wonderful Horseback Riding Experience with a Warm, Family-Run Ranch"

This small, family-run business offers a truly special experience. The hosts are incredibly kind, and the main guide speaks English very well—he even shared that he was a flight crew member for five years. The ranch is home to beautiful horses and friendly dogs. We rode through herds of sheep and had a lovely photo opportunity with alpacas and llamas. The host picked us up from our hotel in Cusco, and we took a scenic cab ride up to their family ranch. We were lucky to enjoy the ride under a beautiful sky and warm sunshine. The horses are well-trained and very manageable, even for beginners. Along the way, we stopped at a few Inca sites, and the host impressed us with his knowledge of the area's history. They also provided wind/rain ponchos, snacks, fruit, and water—thoughtful touches that made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a very satisfying and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

"Frustrating Booking Experience – Ended Up Choosing a Better Local Option"

We were disappointed by the booking process. You can't use their service if you call them directly or try to pay in local currency. Even the hotel concierge tried to help us book a tour, but they were told to use the website and pay in US dollars via PayPal only. When we checked their website, the price was $65—much higher than the $40 listed for the same tour on TripAdvisor. On top of that, the website kept giving us an error and wouldn’t let us complete the booking. In the end, we booked the Devil's Balcony horse riding tour with a local, family-run business instead—and we’re so glad we did! The service was excellent, the family was very kind, and everything went smoothly.
