"Great stay in"
I stayed in August 2025 and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The animator did a great job, even with a small team of collaborators. On the downside, the food leaned more toward international cuisine, with limited local options—though we particularly enjoyed the Mexican and Arabic-themed dinners. The location is a bit farther from the sea, but it’s manageable. Overall, it was a relaxing and positive holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you like, I can also make an even more engaging version that emphasizes the positive experiences while lightly noting the minor drawbacks in a friendly tone. Do you want me to do that?
"Not 4*"
We arrived at midday, but most rooms weren’t ready until 2 pm. At the pool bar, we were told we had to pay €1 for plastic glasses and neither card nor reception could help initially. After pointing out the reception signage, we eventually received a drink. The same issue arose with towels, requiring cash. Our rooms were clean but minimal, with no drawers. Hot water was not working until a staff member explained it, and the room telephone didn’t work. With three children, the heated pool was too cold for them, and the toddler pool had a sloped edge with broken plastic strips. Sunbeds were positioned very close together, making the area feel cramped. Food was repetitive, and staff in the dining area were unhelpful and unfriendly, many seeming to be students. Overall, the service and facilities fell far short of expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
"Fantastic!!"
This hotel is lovely and not a massive complex, which I definitely prefer. All the staff were friendly and polite, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Stefano was brilliant with the pool and evening entertainment—full of energy and able to get everyone involved. The water aerobics sessions were especially fun. The restaurant offered a great variety of food with plenty of choices each day, and the rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. The bed was so comfy, I almost miss it already! The town is just a 10-minute walk away, and Popcorn Beach is definitely worth a visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its warm atmosphere, excellent service, and 4-star amenities. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"Cozy and quiet"
Our family had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were attentive, professional, and handled every request with care. We highly recommend this place for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
"Nice hotel – would have recieved 4 stars but for their inability to manage the poor behaviour of one guest ."
We arrived at 8:30 pm, and check-in was quick and easy. Traveling as two parents with a 17-year-old, we found the room clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a kettle and tea bags. The main bed was very comfortable, though the sofa bed mattress was thin and not ideal for sleeping. The hotel is not large, so there were always plenty of sunbeds available—no need to reserve them early. Buffet meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were nicely presented and tasty. Vegetarians might find options limited, mainly relying on pizza, chips, cheese, and salad. The hotel is about a two-mile walk to the center of Corralejo, manageable in cooler parts of the day but challenging under the hot sun. Local attractions include a water park, crazy golf, and ferry trips to Lanzarote. The entertainment was a bit slow, and some advertised activities, like the mini disco and aqua aerobics, didn’t take place. The animation team tried, but most guests seemed to prefer a relaxing break. Unfortunately, the last couple of days were disrupted by a fellow guest whose excessive drinking and disruptive behavior, including shouting, swearing, and blowing a whistle by the pool, significantly affected our enjoyment. Despite being a family hotel, the staff did not intervene to address the situation, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel is comfortable with good facilities, but the lack of control over disruptive guests impacted the final days of our stay.
"July stay 2 adults age 40"
The hotel room was amazing—spacious and more like a studio than a standard hotel room. The food was tasty and made with high-quality ingredients, though the variety could be expanded. The pools were enjoyable, with one shallow enough to stand in and the other deeper. A walk-in pool would be ideal, especially for older guests who found getting in and out a bit challenging. Daytime entertainment was good, with the rep doing their best with available resources. Guests can also enjoy activities like pool table, darts, table tennis, and shuffleboard. Evening entertainment was less impressive; there’s no mini disco, and after the show ends at 10:30 PM, only background music is available. The standout aspect of this hotel is the staff. Bar, kitchen, and dining teams work tirelessly across shifts, and the cleaning staff are friendly and efficient, keeping the hotel in excellent condition. Their dedication truly enhances the overall experience.
"Family holiday"
Hotel Arena Suites is a charming, albeit small, hotel. Check-in was efficient and handled warmly by a welcoming receptionist. The rooms were spacious and spotless upon arrival, and while the pools were smaller than expected, they were exceptionally clean. The all-inclusive food offered a good variety—enough for everyone to find something they liked. The cocktails were not the best, but that was a minor issue. All the staff were friendly and attentive, with housekeepers working tirelessly to maintain high standards throughout the hotel. A particularly memorable moment was my son turning 18 during our stay. After being out for the day, we returned to find a thoughtful note and a bottle of wine waiting in his room—a lovely personal touch that made our stay extra special. Overall, we enjoyed a relaxing and pleasant family holiday at Hotel Arena Suites. If you want, I can also make an even warmer, more engaging version that emphasizes the family-friendly touches and personal experiences to make it more appealing for readers. Do you want me to do that?
"Disappointing stay"
The positives included nice, very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good evening entertainment for about an hour each night, and a convenient location near a shopping centre with bars and restaurants. The main part of town was also just a 20-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. The food was mediocre with very limited choice and variety compared to other four-star resorts. The whole fruits at breakfast were poor quality, the juices tasted artificial, and later in service the dishes often seemed sloppy and unrefreshed. Greater attention to food quality and presentation is needed. The hotel facilities were also lacking. The pool table and dartboard were tired and worn, the gym was tiny with outdated equipment, and indoor seating was extremely limited when the lounge bar was closed. Sunbeds were uncomfortably close together, making it difficult to get on or use a sunshade without inconveniencing others. One side of the hotel was shaded in the afternoon, so everyone crowded the sunny side, and noise from the pool bar and nearby terraces made it difficult to relax. Towel service was insufficient; with towels only changed every two days, shower mats remained soaked, which is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. While the location, cleanliness, and staff were good, the poor food, limited facilities, cramped sunbeds, and noise issues meant our stay fell far short of expectations. We will not be returning.
"Good property in Corralejo in great location to visit the north of Fuerteventura"
This property is very comfortable, featuring two swimming pools for adults and one for children. Our ground-floor room, number 128, was in a great location near the pool. The reception team, especially Elena and Samuela from Italy, were extremely helpful, and the rest of the staff were also very friendly. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The food was not entirely to our taste, leaning heavily on international cuisine (Mexican, Arabic, Chinese, European, Italian) with limited local options. Even something as simple as a good paella required dining out. Still, there was enough variety that one could always find something enjoyable. The animation team, perhaps due to it being June, was not particularly engaging for us personally, though this did not impact our overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily return.
"One of the Best Family Holidays We’ve Ever Had!"
We recently stayed at Hotel Arena Suite in Fuerteventura, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed, welcomed, and incredibly well looked after. The food was simply glorious—every meal was a delight! As it was all-inclusive, there was always something delicious on offer. The children were thrilled with the unlimited ice cream, and between main meals, the pool bar served snacks like hamburgers, hot dogs, pastries, and pizzas—the pizzas, in particular, were unforgettable! Themed dinner nights were brilliant, and our children loved joining in with their own alcohol-free shots, which made them feel so included. While there’s no kids’ club, we didn’t miss it at all; the hotel’s size meant we could keep an eye on the children at all times. The entertainers were fantastic, friendly, and engaging—our 6-year-old even joined a game of volleyball in the pool and had the best time. This was truly one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had. The combination of delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a perfectly sized complex made it ideal for us. The only downside is learning it will become adults-only from November, which is a shame because it’s a fantastic family spot. If you’re visiting before then, I can’t recommend it highly enough!
"Great little hotel"
This hotel was a great find. I needed to contact them regarding mobility issues, and the staff went above and beyond to help. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and the hotel layout suited my needs perfectly. While smaller than many hotels we usually visit, the food was far superior to most all-inclusive options I’ve experienced. The restaurant had convenient access times, and the pool bar offered cheeseburgers, hot dogs, pizza, and ice cream all day. The rooms were spacious, with the largest and most comfortable bed I’ve ever seen. The location is slightly far for anyone with mobility challenges, but it’s under a five-minute taxi ride to Main Street or the beautiful nearby beach. For more mobile guests, walking into town is a pleasant option. It’s also just a five-minute stroll to Campanario shopping centre, bars, and restaurants. The only minor downside was the entertainment, which could be disappointing when no acts were scheduled—though this is common at most hotels nowadays. I also noted a discrepancy in the Jet2 brochure regarding floors and lifts, but the hotel clarified quickly and accurately within 24 hours. Overall, a very positive stay. Though the hotel is changing to adults-only and half-board in November, that won’t stop me from returning. Highly recommended.
"Eventful stay"
Before our arrival, we were informed by the reception that the bar salon would be closed for refurbishment but that it wouldn’t affect our stay and would reopen two days after we arrived. Unfortunately, this information was incorrect—the bar remained closed for the entire duration of our stay, with no visible refurbishment work taking place. Evening entertainment was held outside, and while heaters were provided, they were placed too close together rather than being spread around the pool bar, making it chilly at night. After several complaints, blankets were eventually provided, which helped improve the situation.
