"Stay here if you dont sleep in night"

The hotel rooms are extremely small and claustrophobic, with no proper ventilation. When we first checked in, our names were not even in the register, which was a bad start. To make things worse, there is a pub above the hotel playing loud music until 1 a.m. every night. Despite raising multiple complaints with the reception, no action was taken. I have been losing sleep for three continuous nights – a completely unacceptable experience. Would not recommend this hotel.

"My review"

As a first-time visitor to Delhi, my stay at Hotel Brite was truly memorable. The hotel is well-furnished, and the room was impeccably tidy. What stood out the most, however, was the incredible kindness and care shown by the hotel staff. I was traveling with an elderly person, and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The morning tiffin they provided was simple yet delicious, adding a homely touch to the stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Anil, a devoted and sincere individual like no other. His special attention and kindness left a lasting impression on me. Overall, my stay at Hotel Brite was delightful, and I feel truly blessed to have met such wonderful people.

"Old style India – great experience"

This is a very nice hotel. From the outside, it may look ordinary, but once inside, it’s a complete transformation. The room was large, clean, and quiet, with an excellent air conditioner that kept us comfortable throughout the stay. Breakfast is delivered directly to your room, which was a lovely touch. The 24-hour concierge service was very helpful, and the staff were consistently polite and efficient. One thing to note is that there are some stairs to navigate, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Overall, this was a great choice for our stay. Just be cautious of touts outside the property, as they can be quite sneaky and it likely won’t end well if you engage with them.

"Fair hotel but a little over-priced in good location"

Situated in Connaught Place, this hotel is reasonably comfortable for a brief stay. The staff are very helpful and courteous, and I appreciated being able to exchange money at a fair rate with the management. However, breakfast is not available, so at £36 per night, the stay felt a bit expensive for what was on offer. I stayed in three different rooms during my visit; while the first two were fine, the third needed attention as I noticed a couple of small cockroaches. Overall, the location is good and the staff are accommodating, but the hotel could improve in terms of value and maintenance.

"Good for a solo traveller but I also feel it is bit expensive"

The rooms are good but unfortunately have no windows, which can feel a bit closed in. This hotel works fine as a stopover and is more suitable for solo or business travelers. There are no amenities offered, and I couldn’t try the breakfast as I had an early morning train. The hotel is located on the first floor with no lift, so if you’re carrying heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up narrow and steep stairs. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, but keep in mind the lack of amenities and accessibility issues.

"Not so bright"

Please note a few important points before booking: the hotel is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator, so you will need to climb the stairs. There is no restaurant on-site, and breakfast is served in the room, but the quality of the food is poor. Additionally, the rooms do not have any windows. As for my stay, the rooms and bathrooms were strictly average, and the furniture felt old and worn out. This is a place you should consider only if you are on a tight budget, although the tariff is still quite high for what is offered.

"Holiday"

If you’re expecting a room with beautiful, immaculate décor, this hotel may be a bit of a disappointment, as the rooms are somewhat shabby and in need of some attention. That said, they are clean and well-maintained. Being in Delhi, noise is to be expected, and you may occasionally hear live music from the bar downstairs, though it usually finishes by midnight.

"Clean, good location, helpful staff, but bad building"

This place is a good option if you’re looking for a mid-range hotel and aren’t too concerned about room views. I stayed in a windowless room for two nights, which was a bit annoying, but the staff managed to move me to a room with a window on the third night. The staff are very helpful and accommodating overall. However, there are a few downsides: there’s a club nearby with music that can go on until 2 AM, there’s no restaurant (breakfast is served in your room), and the internet connection is quite poor, similar to many other places in Delhi.

"Good but a problem of tourist assistance"

The rooms and service at the hotel are very good, but we faced a serious issue with the tourist assistance arranged through the hotel. My colleague and I requested a one-day sightseeing tour around Delhi and paid the hotel about Rs 4,000 for the tour fee. After leaving the hotel, the taxi dropped us off at a travel agent's office. There, the agent asked for entrance fees for each site we were visiting, totaling Rs 500 × 10 places × 2 people = Rs 10,000. We paid the amount but later discovered that most of the places we visited were actually free of charge. We realized the agent had deceived us, and we lost about Rs 9,000. It is disappointing that the hotel would collaborate with such a travel agent. This is a real issue and something guests should be cautious about.

"I had the best time!"

I stayed here during my first trip to India and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, and my room was very comfortable and well-maintained. They partner with Anil San Ram Travel Service, who did an excellent job of ensuring my airport pickup despite a last-minute flight change and arranged day tours so I could see everything I wanted in Delhi. Drivers Omp and Bunty were fantastic guides who made sure I had a safe, vibrant, and enjoyable visit to the city.

"Good and Bad"

As other reviewers have mentioned, Hotel Bright has an entrance that’s easy to miss, with a couple of flights of basic stairs and a graffiti-covered concrete wall before you reach the door to reception. But once you open that door, it feels like stepping into a completely different world—marble floors, a tidy reception desk, and lounge chairs that could be from any small modern hotel anywhere in the world. We arrived late, and the room was a welcome sight. While small, it was equipped with everything you’d expect: reasonably comfortable beds, minibar, kettle, TV, ample lighting, and an en suite bathroom with hot water and quality toiletries. Compared to other hotels in this price range, it felt more modern and thoughtfully furnished. The central location is unbeatable, and for the quality offered, the hotel is well-priced. Room service breakfast was plentiful, and the one night we ordered dinner, the food was very good. However, there were downsides. Our frosted glass room door and window allowed partial visibility, and we discovered it was adjacent to an empty room where a man sat much of the time. He was quiet, but it felt a bit unsettling. Noise was a bigger issue—there’s little soundproofing, so hallway noise carries easily, and worse was the thumping bass from a nearby bar or nightclub that rumbled through the pillows, especially on Saturday night. The Wi-Fi was also frustratingly unreliable. It worked occasionally in reception but rarely in the room, and even when it did, the connection dropped within minutes. Ultimately, how much you enjoy Hotel Bright depends on your priorities. The location is superb, the hotel is clean and modern, and the staff are friendly. But if you’re sensitive to noise or rely on strong Wi-Fi, these issues might overshadow the positives.

"Lovely stay"

This is a very good basic hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are extremely good and genuinely caring, which makes the experience even better. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city. The only downside is the entrance, which some people might not find appealing. However, this is my second stay here, and I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value stay.
