"Great location"
Great location, friendly staff

This hotel is excellent—super clean, with very friendly staff who attended to me at all times. They even allowed me to have a snack in the lobby while my room was being prepared. The only downside was ongoing remodeling, which I hope finishes soon, and parking could be improved. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to public transport, shops, and pharmacies, making it very convenient for getting around.
"Aeromexico voucher night"
I spent a short night in this hotel as a result of flight delay through MEX. I arrived late and left early, but I had a good sleep after a poor dinner. The restaurant, the menu, the food is mediocre at best. The room looked ok at first, but the fan was disturbingly loud. Bathroom also ok, with a huge shabby corner. Staff was helpful, with huge routine in running this round-the-clock house.
"Good experience. I would repeat my stay."
The hotel offers an excellent mattress and fluffy pillows, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room is small but clean, and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious, featuring a large tub and good water pressure. While the small TV in my room had some signal issues, the friendly service more than made up for it. Breakfast is exquisite, although staff do ask for tips even when it’s included. The hotel’s central location is ideal, surrounded by numerous restaurants and gastronomic options, yet there is surprisingly little noise despite being in a lively area of clubs and eateries.
"Bureaucratic breakfast and faulty room card"
I stayed at this hotel as part of an Intrepid group for several nights. The location is excellent, close to Reforma Avenue and the Zona Rosa district, with shops, restaurants, and ATMs within easy walking distance. The room was clean, the TV worked, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were several drawbacks. My single room was small, with a hard mattress that took up most of the space. The room pass needed to be reset nightly at reception, and only one lift seemed to be working. Breakfast felt unnecessarily bureaucratic, with a divide between the included continental option and the buffet. My shower was cold every time I used it, and ongoing construction behind the hotel, including jackhammers past midnight, made sleep difficult even for heavy sleepers.
"I would return"
The hotel is in an excellent location. You are less than a 5 minutes walk to the metro and closer to many bars, restaurants, and clubs. The hotel is very nice and the service was great. My only complaint is about the rooms. They were very small. There was no counter space in the bathroom, there was only 1 place to put a suitcase, (we had to put one on the floor in the way of opening the closet and balcony door) and there was no fridge. However, I would still go back for all of the good things.
"It’s was OK"
The hotel is a bit outdated but overall decent, with very friendly staff. The balcony is a nice feature of the room, and the location makes many attractions easily walkable. However, the bed and couch were extremely uncomfortable, and the walls are thin, so noise from neighboring rooms is very noticeable. The pipes were also quite loud when nearby guests used their showers, and a one-inch gap under the door lets hallway sounds in.
"Small but comfortable!"
This is a no-frills, moderately priced hotel featuring small but comfortable rooms. It boasts a rooftop pool with a lovely view, and our stays have always included rooms with balconies on the top floors, offering an even better vantage point. The hotel is situated in a vibrant pink area, just steps away from restaurants, bars, and the main avenues near the Angel of Independence. I highly recommend it!
