"Helpful Staff!!!!"
The elevator noise next to room 214 was extremely disruptive, but once we informed the front desk, they quickly moved us to another room. "Beautiful hotel"
This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location with extremely attentive staff. When we were unhappy with our room location, Catarina promptly assisted us, showing three alternative rooms to choose from. The on-site restaurant is delightful, set in a gorgeous garden, and Mario in the restaurant was charming and attentive. If you have the opportunity to stay here, don’t miss it—this is a truly special place.

Our breakfast at Hotel Eden was delightful, with fresh fruits, perfectly cooked omelets, and smoked salmon, all complemented by a hot cappuccino—an ideal start to a day of travel. A small suggestion would be to serve the bacon a bit softer, making it more enjoyable for guests with sensitive teeth. Overall, a very satisfying and well-prepared breakfast experience.
"Rome with a lot of tranquility"
We were truly impressed by this beautiful and peaceful hotel in the heart of Rome. The gardens, breakfast gazebo, and restaurants are all stunning. Breakfast was wonderful; we were perfectly served by Mario and Antonio, who anticipated our preferences before we even ordered. One small suggestion would be to offer a hot egg option, which would be simple and practical. All the staff—from the caretakers and reception to the concierge, Diego at the bar, and the maids—were consistently kind, attentive, and a joy to encounter. Everything about our stay was exceptional, and we hope to return soon.

A beautiful and conveniently located hotel. We experienced some minor issues with concierge communication via email before arrival, but all were resolved quickly and efficiently. The courtyard garden, gym, and spa are delightful, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast service was particularly lovely, making for an overall very enjoyable stay.

Claire at reception was incredibly warm and accommodating—when I wasn’t happy with my assigned room, she promptly moved me to a better one that very same night. Shahin from housekeeping was equally amazing, attending to every detail with care and making my stay truly special. The hotel’s location is excellent, and I hope to return one day.
