"Helpful Staff!!!!"
The elevator noise next to our room (214) was extremely disruptive, but once I informed the front desk, they promptly moved us to another room. Shahin was especially helpful in moving our belongings down the hallway. Excellent response and assistance—thank you!
"It was amazing experience"
Super Mario especially took great care of us, and we are grateful to everyone at the hotel. Our experience was amazing and felt truly like home. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to enjoy. It was a truly memorable stay!
"Breakfast"
Our breakfast was delightful—fresh fruits, a perfectly cooked omelet, and smoked salmon, all paired with a hot cappuccino, made for a wonderful start to our travel day. The only small suggestion would be to make the bacon a bit softer, which would be easier for guests with sensitive teeth.
"Beautiful hotel"
This beautiful hotel boasts an excellent location and incredibly attentive staff. When we weren’t satisfied with our room, Catarina immediately helped us and showed three alternative options to choose from. The on-site restaurant, set in a gorgeous garden, is lovely, and Mario in the restaurant was both charming and attentive. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t miss it—this is a truly special place!
"2 days in Rome"
The hotel is in a beautiful and convenient location. Although there were some minor issues with concierge communication via email before our arrival, all errors were quickly resolved. Overall, we enjoyed the lovely courtyard garden, gym, spa, and friendly service. The breakfast service was also a highlight.
"Rome with a lot of tranquility"
We were truly impressed by this hotel’s beautiful and peaceful setting right in the middle of Rome. From the gardens and breakfast gazebo to the restaurants, everything is stunning. Breakfast was wonderful, and Mario and Antonio anticipated our preferences perfectly. A small suggestion: a hot egg station would be a simple and practical addition. All staff—from caretakers and reception to the concierge, Diego at the bar, and the housekeeping team—were consistently kind, attentive, and delightful. Everything was just perfect. We hope to return soon!
"Staff and location!"
I was very happy with my stay at Hotel de Russie. Almost all of the staff were fantastic, but two team members deserve special recognition. Claire at reception was incredibly warm—when I wasn’t satisfied with my assigned room, she went out of her way to move me to a better one that very same night. Thank you, Claire! Shahin from housekeeping was equally remarkable, attending to every detail with care and making my stay truly special. The hotel’s location is excellent, and I sincerely hope to return one day. —Monica

I would like to sincerely congratulate the Sala staff for their warmth and attention to detail. Mario made us feel at home every morning, quickly understanding our preferences and ensuring each day started perfectly. Antonio and Rossella, who attended to us most, were exceptionally kind and friendly. I would also like to commend the entire team for their professionalism—truly outstanding service.
