"Helpful Staff!!!!"
The elevator noise next to room 214 was extremely disruptive, but once I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they quickly moved us to another room. Shahin was very helpful in assisting with moving our belongings down the hallway. Excellent service and a smooth resolution. Thank you!
"De Russie Hotel… Amazing!!"
This was my first trip to Italy, and I had heard many negative comments about hotels in Rome—but Hotel de Russie completely exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet was amazing and included in my stay, and the restaurant quickly became my favorite spot to start the day before exploring the vibrant city. Despite being in the heart of busy Rome, the hotel has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. There’s no question where I will stay the next time I visit Rome!
"Breakfast"
Our breakfast fruits, omelet, and smoked salmon were all delicious, perfectly paired with a hot cappuccino to start the day of travel. One small suggestion: the bacon was a bit hard and could be cooked a little softer to be more enjoyable for those with sensitive teeth.
"Beautiful hotel"
Beautiful hotel with an excellent location and incredibly attentive staff. When we weren’t happy with our room location, Catarina immediately helped us, showing three different rooms to choose from. The on-site restaurant is lovely, set in a gorgeous garden, and Mario in the restaurant was charming and attentive. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate—it’s a very special place!
"2 days in Rome"
Beautiful and conveniently located, this hotel offers a lovely courtyard garden, well-equipped gym and spa, and friendly service throughout. While there were some minor glitches with concierge communication via email before our arrival, all issues were resolved promptly. Breakfast service was also delightful.

My stay was absolutely incredible—I couldn’t fault any aspect of the service or experience. I especially enjoyed breakfast in the beautiful greenhouse restaurant, which was such a lovely way to start each day.

I was very happy with my stay at Hotel de Russie. Almost all of the staff were fantastic! I must give special thanks to two of them. Claire at reception was incredibly warm and attentive—when I wasn’t happy with my initial room, she immediately arranged a better one that same night. Thank you, Claire! I also want to highlight Shahin from housekeeping, who was simply wonderful. Every detail was perfect, and I truly appreciated her care. The location is great as well. I hope to return one day!

Our stay was truly wonderful. The staff, especially Super Mario, went above and beyond to help us. The hotel felt like home, the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, and overall it was an unforgettable experience.
