"Lovely small hotel in the Latin Quarter – Paris"
An excellent boutique hotel located right across from the Pantheon in Paris, close to Sorbonne University and Parc de Luxembourg. The area is very walkable, with shops and cafés nearby, yet the hotel itself is quiet and clean. The rooms are a bit small, but the bathrooms are modern, renovated, and functional. The hotel is well priced, with breakfast included, and the service is excellent. Many guests were couples, and breakfast could be enjoyed quietly with a newspaper or conversation. We will definitely visit again.

Amazing! The staff were wonderful and took exceptional care of us. I will always remember our romantic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—just steps from the Luxembourg Gardens, ideal for a romantic stroll, and close to the metro, making it easy to walk to Notre Dame.
"Very nice hotel, great location"
We stayed here for three nights on a family vacation and found our room fairly spacious for Paris. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony at the back of the building. The bathroom was large and modern, featuring a nice shower and a deep, freestanding bathtub. The elevator was very small, and the stairs steep and narrow, typical of an older building. The location is fantastic, with the Pantheon right outside and the subway nearby. We were also able to walk easily to Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, and The Louvre. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing! My sister gifted me a night at the Grands Hommes Hotel for my birthday, and it was the best gift. The view from our room was stunning, and the beds were so spacious and comfortable that we didn’t want to leave the next day. I fully recommend this hotel—plus, the free breakfast was a fantastic bonus! Truly a stay full of happiness.
"Nice hotel, mediocre breakfast"
The hotel has a good location, nice rooms, and friendly reception staff. They even offer a discount for returning guests. However, the breakfast buffet quality doesn’t quite match the rest of the hotel, particularly the bread, croissants, eggs, and cold cuts.

Hotel des Grands Hommes is an elegant and charming property, offering centuries-old views of the Pantheon and a central location close to many Paris attractions. The rooms are tastefully decorated, equipped with all comforts, and surprisingly quiet given the busy Latin Quarter location. "Very French hotel in a great location."
Great value and an ideal location! This small, very French hotel is directly across from the Pantheon. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast, served in a unique basement setting, was very tasty. The hotel is within easy walking distance to many attractions and very close to a Metro station. Highly recommend asking for room #61!
"Absolute Gem in a central location."
Hotel des Grands Hommes is perfectly situated right by the Pantheon and just a five-minute walk from the Jardins de Luxembourg. Transport links are excellent, with the Metro, RER trains, and buses nearby—RER B reaches Gare du Nord in just three stops. The hotel’s interior is elegant and comfortable, immediately evoking early 20th-century Paris. I stayed in the bright and beautiful room 62, which I loved: from the luxurious bed linens and Chinese fabric wallpaper to the French-door windows and opulent marble bathroom. I requested a bathtub and was delighted to also have both rainfall and handheld shower options. Thoughtful touches included a mini fridge with space for bottles, cheese, ham, butter, and macarons, excellent hairdryer, and numerous electrical sockets for charging devices. Breakfast was plentiful, with cooked items like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages, along with continental options—croissants, baguette with butter and jam, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit, and fruit salad. They kindly provided gluten-free bread on request. The staff were kind, gracious, and extremely helpful throughout my six-night stay. Special thanks to Vanessa and her brilliant team—they are the hotel’s greatest assets. The Fifth Arrondissement is full of lovely places to explore, all within easy walking distance from this wonderful hotel. I won’t hesitate to return.
"Don’t judge a book by its cover!"
This hotel is a charming, petite gem with so many advantages. The photos online don’t do it justice! The rooms are traditional yet feature beautiful, modern bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable, though I did need an extra pillow as the originals were a bit flat. We were warmly greeted by a cheerful gentleman at reception who immediately put us at ease and even offered us a room upgrade—he truly deserves a raise! The location is ideal: a quiet neighborhood for light sleepers with excellent transport links. The hotel is close to the train station for direct access to Paris Orly and CDG airports, and a €2.15 bus can take you to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, or Champs-Élysées in about 15 minutes. River cruises and Notre Dame are within walking distance or a short bus ride. Luxembourg Park is just around the corner, perfect for a morning stroll. For the price and location, this hotel is an absolute steal. Nearby, we also enjoyed a fantastic, well-priced crepe café, Le Creperie. Highly recommended!
