"CORDIALITÀ – GENEROSITÀ – ELEGANZA una perla a Roma ! GRAZIE"

My 91-year-old father and I stayed at this wonderful hotel again at the end of October, and it was a truly memorable experience. Every corner of the palazzo reflects its rich history and cultural spirit, shaped by artists, writers, and actors. The hotel is exceptionally elegant, with beautiful furniture, fabrics, and tiles, yet it feels full of life and joy rather than stiff or formal. The staff, including the concierge, are naturally kind and cordial, and we were deeply touched by their generosity and attentiveness. Our suite was perfect—comfortable beds, a large bright bathroom, and thoughtful details that immediately made us feel at home. Service is discreet, unobtrusive, and incredibly attentive. The restaurant is excellent, and breakfast was a delight, featuring carefully selected delicacies, creamy ricotta, and croissants that were heavenly. Everything was flawless, and we cannot wait to return. Grazie Mille!

"Bad Service"

Our experience at the hotel was unfortunately marred by extremely unprofessional service. The room attendant, identified as “Adrian,” displayed an arrogant attitude that was uncomfortable and off-putting. We also observed staff treating some guests with excessive friendliness while showing little courtesy or respect to others, creating a sense of favoritism and inconsistency. Combined with generally listless service from other team members, it left a negative impression. This is a real shame, as the hotel’s environment and cuisine are otherwise excellent and deserve much better.

"Boutique ultra luxury with ultra service. Thank you GM Massimo Colli"

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-day stay at this lovely hotel near the Spanish Steps. Initially, we were a bit concerned as we hadn’t heard of star hotels, but the service exceeded all expectations. The hotel’s modern, luxurious design created a rich and welcoming atmosphere. Having previously stayed at the W Hotel Rome and the DELFI in Rome, we can confidently say this hotel surpassed them both. The entire staff was exceptionally service-oriented, and we look forward to returning in the future.

"Great Roman Homebase"

This hotel is ideally located near popular tourist spots, including the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Via dei Condotti shopping, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and the Borghese Gardens. The staff—front desk, housekeeping, and bar/restaurant—were all incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed included breakfast through Hilton Gold status, and the morning spread was a true treat, especially the mini maritozzi. While the property isn’t tiny, we rarely encountered other guests outside of breakfast and never had to wait at the front desk or restaurant. The rooms were well-sized for a Roman hotel, and housekeeping was flawless with timely daily service and turndown. I particularly appreciated the "buonanotte" embroidered pillows placed on the bed at night. We hope to visit again soon!

"Nice hotel but noicy"

This hotel is nicely situated in the center of Rome, very close to the Spanish Steps and the main shopping streets. However, it is quite noisy, and the standard rooms are small. Only the junior suites offer adequate space, but they are very expensive. Breakfast was underwhelming, and the service was just okay. In our opinion, the hotel’s 5-star rating seems a bit too high for what it offers.

"I’m back."

I returned to the restaurant of this beautiful hotel in Rome and was pleased to find the same kindness and attention to detail as before. While the aperitif was a little light, the barman quickly redeemed it with excellent service. The antipasto and first course were perfect, and the tiramisu was truly exceptional. Overall, service and courtesy were outstanding, making for a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.
