We enjoyed our one-day stay at this lovely hotel near the Spanish Steps. Initially, we were a bit hesitant, as we hadn’t heard much about it, but we were pleasantly surprised. The service was exceptional, and the hotel’s modern, elegant design created a rich and welcoming atmosphere. Having previously stayed at the W Hotel Rome and the DELFI, this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and service-oriented. We’ll definitely look forward to returning!
"Great Roman Homebase"
This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Rome—just steps from the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Via dei Condotti for shopping, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and the Borghese Gardens. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping and restaurant/bar, were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had breakfast included through Hilton Gold status (SLH/Hilton property), and the spread each morning was a delight—especially the mini maritozzi! While not a small property, we rarely encountered other guests outside of breakfast and never had to wait at the front desk or restaurant. The rooms are generously sized for a Roman hotel, and housekeeping was flawless with timely daily service and turndown. I particularly appreciated the “buonanotte” embroidered pillows placed on the bed each night. We hope to visit again soon!
"Nice hotel but noicy"
The hotel is nicely situated in the center of Rome, very close to the Spanish Steps and major shopping streets. However, it is quite noisy, and the standard rooms are small. Only the Junior Suites are comfortable, but they are very expensive. Breakfast was poor, and service was just okay. In our opinion, the 5-star rating is too high for this property.
"I’m back."
I returned to the restaurant of this beautiful hotel in Rome and found the same kindness and attention to detail as before. The aperitif was a bit light, but the barman quickly made up for it. The antipasto and first course were perfect, and the tiramisu was truly exceptional. Service and courtesy were outstanding. Everything was just right.
"Bad Service"
Our experience was significantly affected by unprofessional service. The room attendant, identified as “Adrian,” displayed an arrogant attitude, making us feel uncomfortable. We observed staff treating some guests with excessive friendliness while showing little courtesy and respect to others, creating a sense of favoritism and lack of seriousness. This was disappointing, as the environment and kitchen are both deserving of much better service.
"A pleasant surprise"
I recently visited this lovely hotel with friends for an aperitif. The bar is small but charming, and the staff were attentive and very professional. Special thanks to the bartender, Andrea, who crafted an amazing Martini for us! We were very satisfied and will definitely return.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel again in late October with my 91-year-old father, and it was an unforgettable experience. Every corner of the Palazzo reflects its rich history and cultural spirit, shaped by artists, writers, and actors. The hotel exudes elegance with beautiful furniture, fabrics, and tiles, yet it is never stiff—it is full of life and joy. The staff and concierge are naturally kind and cordial, making us feel truly welcomed. The service is excellent, attentive yet discreet, and the generosity of the team is remarkable. Our suite was flawless—comfortable beds, a large bright bathroom, and every detail thoughtfully arranged. The restaurant is outstanding. Breakfast offers a selection of delicacies, including creamy ricotta and delicate cornetti that are simply divine. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we cannot wait to return. Grazie Mille!
