"He’s already urgent for a remodel."
I stayed here from June 30 for four nights, mainly using the hotel to sleep. The location is excellent, which is the main draw. However, the hotel itself feels largely unchanged from 15–20 years ago, with old furniture and an overall dated atmosphere. Some areas even have a noticeable “old” smell. In my room, the sink was out of water, the window wouldn’t close properly, and street noise made it difficult to sleep the first night. I reported these issues and received assistance, but it highlighted that rooms are not thoroughly checked before guests arrive. As a longtime customer, I appreciate the familiarity and nostalgia, but it may be time to consider other options.
"Great location ! Lively area, tons of things within walking distance"
The hotel is in a fantastic location, with literally everything within walking distance and in a very lively area. The lobby coffee shop serves authentic Starbucks coffee, and the seating area is very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable—I would definitely return. My room was on the smaller side and lacked a window view, likely because I booked the cheapest option. I also experienced an issue with the heater, which didn’t produce hot air, though I personally like very warm rooms. Despite these minor issues, I had a wonderful stay. The unbeatable location and excellent staff truly made the experience memorable.
"Congratulations to Mr. Ramon Cobos."
We are very grateful for the excellent attention we received during our stay, especially from Mr. Ramon Cobos. He attended to us with great care, was super friendly, and made us feel completely at home.
"Quiet and reliable stay"
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. Ramon Cobos, in particular, attended to us very well, and the entire team contributed to a calm and pleasant experience. Overall, it was a relaxing and reassuring stay.
"All excellent"
The hotel offers excellent service, very clean rooms, and high-quality food. A special mention to Mr. Ramon Cobos, whose attentiveness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable—truly a great person.
"Decent hotel for the price."
We stayed at this hotel for five nights and found it to be a decent option for the price. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff were very friendly, and most spoke English, with a special mention to the porter, Leo, for his helpfulness. Our room was comfortable but a bit small, especially for travelers with luggage. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would consider returning.
"Excellent service attitude"
The hotel provided excellent service throughout our stay. Ramón, in particular, was outstanding—attending to us from the moment we arrived until our departure. His attentiveness and professionalism made our experience truly memorable.
"A good location"
This is a very good hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and exceptionally friendly staff. Its location in the city center makes it ideal for exploring the area. A couple of areas for improvement: the room cleaning schedule could be adjusted, as our room wasn’t ready when we returned from afternoon walks, and the noise level was a bit higher than expected. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.
