"Very high expectations for what it really is."

Our stay was a little disappointing. Although the hotel is supposedly renovated, some areas did not reflect this. The bathroom door wouldn’t close due to swelling from water, the shower screen was dirty, and the towels were not properly clean. At the pool, lifeguard hours ended at 18:45 despite the posted schedule of 10:00–19:00, meaning guests are effectively “thrown out” during the heat of summer. Organizational issues among staff were noticeable, with some tension among first responders. On the positive side, the food was good, and the kitchen and buffet staff were always attentive. For adults, entertainment options were limited, with everything closing by 23:00—no disco, spa, or late-night activities—leaving the hotel feeling quiet and somewhat isolated.

"Return hotel"

A very nice hotel with top-notch services. A special thanks to the animation team, especially Hakim, who was attentive, professional, and always ready to help. We had a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend this hotel. The staff and teams are friendly, welcoming, and make the experience truly memorable. Friendly mood all around!

"Lovely family holiday"

We just got home and honestly, we can’t say anything negative about the hotel given the price we paid. Our children are 8, 5, and 4, and the entertainment staff were amazing with them day and night, especially Kahim and Neills (hope I spelled that correctly!). The food was great—breakfast, lunch, and dinner always had something everyone could enjoy. Drinks were easy to get, never more than a five-minute wait, and I could get multiple drinks for the children without any hassle. Our refurbished room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the bed was decorated for the children. Both day and night entertainment suited adults and kids alike. We didn’t venture out, but the sports bar upstairs had football for my husband, and taxis could easily be booked at reception. Pool towels were provided from reception as well. Minor suggestions: covering food at the snack bar to avoid flies and perhaps a slightly longer children’s disco (currently 8–8:30 pm). Overall, we had a lovely week and wouldn’t hesitate to return next year!

"Good in general"

Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive. I was particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, who were young, dynamic, and consistently helpful. I also appreciated the uniform professionalism across all departments—from reception to housekeeping—which conveys a strong and consistent image. However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback to help enhance the guest experience: Firstly, I felt the hotel could benefit from additional complementary services, especially given its distance from the town center. For instance, a guest-accessible laundry room and a small shop or supermarket for essential items would be very useful. Secondly, cleanliness in common areas requires attention. During my 8-day stay in room 2104, I repeatedly noticed a piece of doughnut in the hallway near the door of the frame from Tuesday through Sunday. It was surprising that such a visible item remained unattended for so many days. Finally, the condition and cleaning of the dining area could be improved. I observed several damaged floors and dirty corners that a standard mop cannot adequately clean. While the buffet areas were well-maintained by the kitchen staff, I noticed some waiters cleaning tables with damp cloths without allowing disinfectants enough time to work, which could lead to bacterial buildup. Reviewing these cleaning procedures could ensure higher hygiene standards. I understand that managing such a large hotel is challenging, but cleanliness is a key component of the guest experience. My comments are intended as constructive feedback to help the hotel continue improving.

"Needs improvement but ok"

Nice hotel in a good location, with a beach that’s well worth a visit. Taxis are around €8 each way, and getting one was easy. We are a family of 5 with children aged 5, 11, and 13—all had fun and enjoyed the slides and pools. The kids’ disco was great for the youngest, and breakfast was the best meal of the day. The themed restaurant was lovely but could use music or ambiance to give it more soul. Negatives: the poolside toilets were very dirty, so we only used the ones in our room. Our room was not cleaned at all during the five-night stay, and there were a lot of flies and ants. Drinks at the bars took a long time to arrive and seemed watered down. You could see the staff working hard, but overall cleaning needs improvement—understandable with some guests not caring about spills. Sunbeds were chaotic, with people jumping over the fence before the pool opened. All in all, we had a nice holiday. If the hotel improves cleanliness and bar service, it could be a real winner!

We visited with my partner and loved everything! The renovated room was wonderful, and the pool and slides were excellent. The buffet offered a great variety, and the staff were very attentive and caring. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

"Nice holiday with certain negative aspects regarding Service and cleaning. For families, however, there is much to offer!"

The hotel has a good location with nice views and offers plenty of entertainment, especially for children. The animation team was excellent and really enhanced our stay. The restaurant and snack bar provide standard food options, but the selection can be monotonous, particularly for children. Drinks under the all-inclusive plan were fine. However, I found the pool closing times far too early, which was disappointing given the warm weather. Service in general was modest. Guests were not properly informed about available activities or restaurant table allocation, and greetings or farewells were often missing, which detracted from the overall experience. Cleaning was another area of concern. While the rooms were serviced, dirt remained on floors and used towels were sometimes rehung rather than replaced. The same issues were visible in the restaurant and outdoor areas, where chairs were often dirty, especially from children. Overall, cleanliness was below expectations, despite sufficient staff being available. In summary, while the hotel offers good entertainment and a nice location, the service and hygiene standards felt more in line with a three-star property rather than a four-star, especially considering the price.

"A fantastic hotel at its current price point, but quite a few niggles"

First and foremost, the location is absolutely stunning. Nestled in a valley between two mountains, the views and tranquility are unmatched. The hotel has undergone recent renovations but still feels a bit unfinished. Some areas are disorganised, and the lack of visible management creates a “free for all” atmosphere. The buffet is varied and good quality, but disorganised, with sparse or incorrect signage. The themed restaurant, open only three days a week, is a nice break and could benefit from being open all week, potentially as an à la carte option. The sunbed situation is frustrating. Towels are often placed on sunbeds before the pool opens at 10 am, with many remaining unused all day. A simple routine to remove unattended towels would improve the experience significantly. Other issues include cleanliness of public areas, limited staff availability, language barriers, and unfinished touches from the renovations—grout and cement everywhere, broken items, and a large water pipe running across some ground floor gardens. The location is perfect for peace and tranquility but requires a car or a 20–30 minute walk to shops or the beach. A shortcut across the golf course could save time, and taxis are available if needed. The on-site shuttle is very limited, running only once a day in each direction. All in all, it’s a fantastic place to stay at the current discounted price, but it does not justify full price yet.

"2 weeks EN family holiday"

We spent two weeks at this hotel as a couple with two teenagers, staying in two renovated rooms. The location is slightly off-center, in front of the beach and near the city center, but also close to the starting points for remarkable hikes. With a rental car, the location posed no issues. The hotel is still undergoing renovation, but this did not cause any inconvenience during our stay. Meals were fresh and varied, satisfying everyone. The Italian restaurant, available by reservation, was excellent—kudos to the culinary team! All hotel cleaning staff, from rooms to pools and restaurants, work diligently every day, though they are challenged by guests who leave trash and food scattered around, especially on this windy island. We especially appreciated the enthusiasm and commitment of the animation team, who made our holiday enjoyable and fun. Areas that urgently need improvement: Pools and slides: Only 1–2 out of 3 slides were operational, with the green spiral slide never working. Sunbed and umbrella reservations are poorly enforced, leading to frustration for respectful guests. Management needs to monitor these areas, particularly in the mornings, to ensure fair use. Room soundproofing: Corridors are noisy, making sleep difficult for some guests. Posters reminding guests to keep quiet and improvements like door seals could help. Entertainment budget and facilities: Outdoor equipment is limited, with few speakers and no wind-protected areas. Expanding resources for the animation team, as well as adding multisport areas and pétanque terrain, would improve the experience. Overall, we had a very good holiday, but with attention to these issues, the hotel could fully live up to its four-star rating.

"Malo, Malo"

The location of the hotel is inconvenient—too far from everything and very windy. The hotel itself was disappointing: the food was average, and there were flies everywhere, making it hard to enjoy meals or relax by the pool. The floors from the entrance to our room were dirty and not properly maintained. On a positive note, the waiters and reception staff were very nice and helpful. Overall, I felt disappointed and would not return.

"Surprise"

My son and I stayed for 10 days at this hotel, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised despite reading some concerning reviews beforehand. The hotel has great potential. Our room was cleaned every day, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The welcoming staff made a real effort with language barriers, for which I am very grateful. A special mention goes to the French animators—Akim, Hicham, and Enzo—who made my 8-year-old son’s stay memorable, especially on his birthday. Their attention and enthusiasm were outstanding! The meals were varied and well-prepared. Even for someone like me who doesn’t eat much meat, there were plenty of options, including freshly prepared fish. The only minor suggestion would be to diversify the 4 pm donuts with other treats such as fruits, pancakes, or waffles. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel to families. Good luck to the team in continuing to make it even better!

"Family-Friendly Hotel with Excellent Staff"

The hotel is good overall, with excellent staff who were very attentive and helpful. The food was fairly standard, with limited variety, but sufficient for most tastes. Check-in was slow—I arrived at 15:40 despite the official 15:00 time. For adults, evening activities are minimal, but for children, the entertainment is excellent and very enjoyable.
