"Fantastic hotel in a great location"

We stayed at this hotel as two couples from 6th to 13th May, booking two pool-view rooms. I had requested in advance for the rooms to be next to each other—while we ended up on opposite ends of the same level, it worked out fine. Our room 116 had a pool view, though some large trees partially obscured it. The balcony was spacious and sunny from 8 AM to around 5 PM. The rooms are a little dated but spotlessly clean. Air conditioning was excellent. The TV had only one English channel, and there was a kettle with cups, plates, and glasses, though a toaster would have been useful. The lounge had a large sofa, a fridge, and a small kitchenette area with a two-ring hob, microwave, and sink. The bedroom was roomy, with a large wardrobe and comfortable beds. The bathroom was perfectly fine, with complimentary shower gel and hand wash. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and we never had trouble finding a sunbed by 9 AM. The heated pool stayed around 25 °C, which was lovely. Drinks from the bar were reasonably priced, though card-only or charged to your room. We felt a bit cautious about glass around the pool, but we didn’t witness any issues. The location is fantastic, with shops, restaurants, bars, and Music Square just a five-minute walk away. We skipped hotel breakfast and walked to "Cantante" restaurant by the sea, enjoying fresh breakfast for €6.50. The beaches nearby are beautiful, including the stunning "Popcorn Beach" near the surfing area. Overall, I would definitely return. Is it truly a 4-star hotel? Probably not, but it is clean, comfortable, and well-located. A few small improvements—like adding music around the pool—would make it even better.

"Very poor unfortunately!"

We stayed in the Royal Apartment, and overall it was very disappointing. The accommodation felt extremely tired: the shower didn’t work, the beds were uncomfortable, the sofa was filthy, and the balcony furniture was old. Cleanliness was generally poor. The food experience was alarming, as we were served raw chicken at the pool bar during lunchtime. On checkout, no staff asked about our stay. The only positive aspect was the location, which is convenient, but unfortunately, it doesn’t make up for the overall poor condition and service.

"Spanish Blackpool"

We had a very nice holiday at Corralejo Beach. The customer service from David and his team in the restaurant and pool bar was exceptional. The hotel manager and reception staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was the lack of British TV channels, as the 🔥stick didn’t work on their system. Otherwise, everything was great, and we highly recommend booking a pool-view room. John & Yvonne 🌞😎👍

"Excellent location"

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic—probably the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, our room was infested with cockroaches. The bathroom was particularly affected, and despite the maintenance staff applying treatments, the problem only worsened. It makes you worry about the cleanliness of other areas, including the kitchen furniture. Clearly, the hotel is in urgent need of a full renovation and improved hygiene standards.

"So clean and good value for money"

We just spent 9 nights here self-catering and honestly couldn’t fault the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the drinks and food at the pool bar were reasonably priced. The location is excellent. Our only minor disappointment was that the nearby beaches didn’t have many sun loungers, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control.

"Disappointed"

We were very disappointed with the room we were allocated. Despite specifically requesting a pool-facing room via email to TUI and Livvo, we were given a corner street room. The room was small and dated, and the bathroom was tiny—so cramped that only one person could use it at a time, and the door couldn’t be fully closed when drying hair. The balcony was also tiny, with just two plastic chairs and a small table, which made it uncomfortable to relax without having to rearrange the chairs. On the positive side, breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The pool was okay, though it could benefit from a good scrub around the edges. There were plenty of sunbeds, and the poolside bar had reasonable prices. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to bars, the beach, and the lively Music Square. Would we stay here again? Yes, but definitely not in room 121—it was awful!

"Good stay at hotel"

We’ve just returned from a week at this hotel. Our early flight meant we arrived at 10:30 AM, and our room wasn’t available until 3:30 PM, but reception kindly offered a room to freshen up and store our bags. Our room was clean, basic, and overlooked the street, with a balcony perfect for sunbathing during the day or people-watching with a drink in the evening. The shower was excellent, and the hotel provides all necessary toiletries. Housekeeping was outstanding—high standard, daily service, and always cheerful and helpful. Breakfast offered everything you could ask for, from eggs cooked to order, pastries, cereals, and even some vegetables. The swimming pool is small but easy to get a sunbed if you want one. The hotel’s location is ideal for enjoying the music square and all nearby bars and restaurants. While it could do with some refurbishment—my husband, a carpenter, noticed a few things—overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Considering the price and location, it’s a great choice. With a little investment, this hotel could truly be a gem.

"Mixed feelings"

The hotel was lovely—very clean, with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The pool area was inviting, and the all-inclusive drinks were of great quality. Breakfast was good, but the evening meals were disappointing. On several occasions, we struggled to find something we wanted to eat. Although there were themed nights every evening, there were no alternative options if you didn’t like the theme, as there was only one restaurant. For families, there wasn’t much for children either. The only bar available was the pool bar, which could be cold in the evenings, and unfortunately, the indoor bar was not open. Evening entertainment took place outside, so a blanket or coat was necessary to stay comfortable. Overall, a lovely hotel, but some limitations for evening dining and entertainment.

"Bad experience on arrival and departure!!"

From the moment we arrived, our experience was frustrating. At Reception, we were told our room would be ready in 15 minutes, but we ended up waiting over an hour. Even after going for a walk and returning, the room was still not prepared. The lack of customer service was evident from the start. On departure, our disappointment continued. Despite booking breakfast for our entire stay and notifying the hotel multiple times that we would leave at 6 a.m., nothing was prepared for us. Overall, our stay was marred by poor organization and service – a total disaster.

"Fabulous Location, have been before, but slightly disappointed"

Fabulous location—I have stayed here before and really love this complex. The facilities are excellent, and the cleaning staff are absolutely fabulous. However, this visit left me a little disappointed, and I would not rate it 5 stars this time. Three main issues affected our stay. First, there was a water outage in the complex. While I completely understand that some events are beyond control, the way the staff handled it was rude, with no apology—just an attitude of “go away, we’re trying to sort it.” Second, a lady had a bad fall at the pool. When the lifeguard asked me to get ice from the bar, the staff member was very slow and prioritized other tasks before helping, which felt inappropriate in an emergency. Third, although we had paid for the week on arrival, the night before checkout we were told our payment hadn’t been received. Thankfully, we had our receipt, but it caused unnecessary stress. Alone, these issues wouldn’t have been a problem, but together they left a slightly bad taste despite the otherwise excellent location and facilities.

"Great location Good Accommodation"

This was our first visit to Fuerteventura, and the hotel’s central location made exploring easy. The facilities were good, and the atmosphere was welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We did experience an issue with the shower, as the water was often cold and we couldn’t all shower comfortably. While it wasn’t fixed during our stay, we managed. Breakfast offered a good variety, though the area could be extended, as it was sometimes difficult to find a table. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent staff and a convenient location.

"Disappointing rooms but great location"

I sent two emails to the hotel six and four weeks before our holiday, both of which went unanswered. I also called to request self-catering rooms close to one another and was assured this would be arranged. Unfortunately, we were placed as far apart as possible, each in separate buildings. My disappointment at check-in was met with indifference by the staff. The self-catering option is very limited—fine for making a small breakfast omelette on a single-person frying pan, but not much else. The balconies never received any sun, which made drying towels or swimwear impossible. There are two pools, both nice and warm, but sun loungers are impossible to get after about 9:30 am as many are reserved with towels by guests who never return. While this is a common problem at many hotels, better management would improve the experience. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and shops/restaurants, and the cleaners did a brilliant job. Parking can be challenging if the hotel car park is full, as it was for us on the last night, forcing us to park at the pier. Booking parking in advance is highly recommended, especially in high season. The hotel charges €8 per day for parking, which is worth it.
