"Hotel with no facilities. Not recommended"
I booked a Gold Class room, but the room provided was nowhere near the standard advertised. When I raised this with the staff, they insisted it was a Gold Class room and refused to show me another option. The room lacked all the facilities listed on the booking site, including a heater, tea/coffee maker, safe deposit locker, mini bar, snack basket, sofa unit, and even a fireplace—none of which were provided despite being promised online. While some of the staff were polite, the manager was rude and unprofessional. He flatly told me I was not entitled to any of the listed facilities. Even complimentary mineral water was not given until I complained to MakeMyTrip. Only then did they provide a coffee maker—without coffee or tea bags! Later, they gave me an old tea/coffee kit, which I asked to be replaced, but instead of providing a fresh one, they simply took it away and never replaced it. The bathroom was shabby and had a foul smell, adding to the disappointment. Overall, we were essentially cheated—charged for a Gold Class room and given a lower-class room. I do not recommend this so-called hotel to any traveler.
"Great service"
It was a pleasant and completely comfortable stay. Thank you for the excellent service—it truly deserves 5 stars! The hotel rates are very pocket-friendly, and the location is just perfect for my needs. :)
"Comfortable stay"
The hotel was booked for me for two nights while attending a meeting. It’s a budget hotel located right on the road in a slightly untidy surrounding area. The room was small but had a large king-size bed, clean linens, and a comfortable toilet. There isn’t much to do in the hotel, but since I was only back at night to sleep, it served its purpose well. They serve good Indian breakfast in the room, which was a plus. Overall, for a comfortable night’s stay on a limited budget, this conveniently located hotel (less than half an hour by road) is a good option.
"Does not even qualify to be called a hotel"
This is nothing more than a guest house with rooms, yet it’s sadly rated as a 3-star hotel on booking sites. There is no restaurant, only room service, and the so-called Gold Class room we booked lacked every facility promised on the website. There was no air conditioning, no heater, no tea/coffee maker, no safe deposit locker, no mini bar, no snack basket, no sofa unit, and no fireplace—despite all of these being advertised. While the staff were polite, the manager was rude, crude, and completely unprofessional. He insisted we were not entitled to the listed facilities. Only after escalating the issue with MakeMyTrip did he provide a coffee maker, but even then, it came without any coffee or tea sachets. The experience was so bad that we were afraid to even spend the night there, fearing for our safety after witnessing the manager’s attitude. We were essentially cheated—charged for a Gold Class room and given a room that wasn’t even up to Silver Class standards, which at least has air conditioning. I do not recommend this so-called hotel to any traveler. Avoid it at all costs.
"Great Budget Hotel"
The hotel was reasonably priced, conveniently located near the airport, large malls, and plenty of food options. It was clean enough and offered amenities like Wi-Fi, breakfast delivered to the room, and easy taxi bookings. As other reviewers mentioned, it's best to book a room on the second floor (first floor in India) rather than the ground floor. The ground floor rooms are very noisy, and the bathrooms are connected by open-air vents, which is not ideal. We also experienced some water leakage in our ground-floor room, but the staff agreed to switch us to another room. The rooms on the second floor are much nicer, as confirmed by friends staying there. Overall, this is a great place for a budget-friendly stay if you choose the right room.
"Worth only a night’s stay"
We stayed here between two flights, and the experience was disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the building entrance as the security guard had gone for food. Our taxi also struggled to find a space to park for drop-off. In our first room, the TV wasn’t working, so we were shifted to another room where the intercom didn’t work. This meant walking all the way to the reception for every request or query. To make matters worse, the AC in the room was blowing out black ash-like particles. Overall, the hotel felt poorly managed, and we wouldn’t stay here again.
"Very small rooms and not clean"
I booked this hotel online after seeing the images, which looked pretty, but the reality was completely opposite. The room itself wasn’t too small, but the AC was blowing out dirty, carbon-like particles. The bed was uncomfortable, and the spring mattress made constant noise. To add to the disappointment, the washroom was not clean. Overall, the stay was far from the expectations set by the photos online.
"pls find a better hotel"

"Delicious biriyani"
This is a mid-range hotel located in Vasant Kunj, near New Delhi. The area around the hotel is really noisy as it’s close to the main road, and of course, the traffic in India doesn’t help. The front office staff were terrible in their hospitality, but I must mention one good waiter, Raj, who was amazing with his attitude—keep it up, Raj! The highlight of my stay was definitely the chicken biryani; I’ve never tasted such delicious biryani in my life. ❤️❤️❤️
"One word pathetic!"
The service here is terrible, and the rooms look nothing like the pictures. I would never stay here again. The washroom even has visible vents connecting to other rooms, so you can hear every single drop of water from the adjacent room—absolutely ridiculous!
"Comfortable second stay !!"
This was my second stay at Malik, and it was a comfortable experience. All the basic necessities are provided—no unnecessary frills, just decent rooms. The food, while it may seem a bit expensive, is actually worth it as the portions match the price, and the service is pretty quick. One downside is that they’ve now started limiting the breakfast options, allowing only one item per person from the menu. That was a bit of a turn-off for me. Otherwise, it was a nice stay overall.
"value for money"
The rooms are good, affordable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making for an overall nice experience. The staff were cooperative, but the room service was not up to the mark. Overall, it’s a decent budget hotel, and you can go for it if you’re looking for an affordable stay.
