"One of the Worst Hotel Experiences Ever"
What a terribly disappointing experience! I honestly can’t understand how there are positive reviews for this place—perhaps they’re fake or posted by the hotel management themselves. The stay was highly overpriced for what it offered. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely unhygienic, electrical sockets barely worked, and the fan regulator was broken. I even had to request the AC remote separately. The laundry provided was dirty, and the food quality was very poor. To top it off, I couldn’t sleep the entire night and was left with itchy skin afterwards.
"Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement"
We arrived at Anand Vihar Bus Terminal and were looking for a convenient place to stay for the night, as we had to attend an Award Function at Bikaner House near India Gate. This hotel, located just 1.6 kilometers away, was easy to reach and offered a competitive tariff of ₹1800/night inclusive of taxes. We stayed in room number 108, which was spacious and well-lit. Though the toilet was on the smaller side, it was manageable, and all the equipment worked properly. The room service was efficient, and the food served was fresh and delicious, albeit a bit expensive. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, but there are two major areas that need improvement: deeper cleanliness across the property and stricter policies against guests who book rooms for drinking and causing disturbances late at night. Overall, it’s a nice hotel that has the potential to be much better with a few improvements.
"Fraudulent Experience – Avoid This Hotel"
This hotel was a complete disappointment. The staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional, the food was unhygienic, and the rooms were extremely dirty. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
"Good Experience but Needs Better Management and Maintenance"
Although the overall experience was good, the rooms were not managed properly. The lighting was quite dim, and the mirror was awkwardly placed in the corner, making it difficult to use. The bathroom was just average, and the lighting there was also poor. Service was below expectations as coffee was not available and the overall response was slow. The hotel definitely needs better management, improved hygiene, and proper upkeep to enhance the guest experience.
"Poor Room Cleanliness but Good Food and Safe Location"
I booked at least 26 rooms for a family function, and unfortunately, the rooms were not clean at all. The staff was very rude when asked to clean them, and even the manager was initially uncooperative. However, after a brief argument, he understood the situation and took control, which improved matters. The only positive aspect of the hotel was the food, which was truly delicious. To conclude, if you are planning a function here, make sure to check the rooms a day or two in advance and ensure they are cleaned. For couples or individual guests, be aware that the rooms are not clean, but apart from that, the hotel has a good location and feels very safe.
"Great Value Stay with Supportive Staff and Clean Rooms"
This is a good place to stay with supportive staff and tasty food, all at a cost-effective price. The staff is always available with just a phone call, and the rooms are clean with attached bathrooms. Although in a few rooms the showers do not work, this could be due to careless customers. Overall, it’s hard to complain at this price point! My only suggestion would be to reduce the price of tea and coffee for even greater customer satisfaction.
"Basic Hotel with Scope for Improvement"
This hotel offers only basic facilities, resembling a one-star level property. While it does have air-conditioning and a TV with limited channels, which may elevate it slightly to a two-star level, there are significant areas that need improvement. Cleanliness and the quality of linen are major concerns for a comfortable night’s stay and must be addressed. The location is on the periphery of the Delhi border, so it may or may not be suitable depending on a traveler’s preference.
"Needs Better Maintenance and Cleanliness"
The restrooms definitely need to be cleaner, as we noticed broken pipes and an overall lack of hygiene in the room. The hotel also appears to host marriages and parties, and unfortunately, the supplies for these events were left all over the corridors and not attended to during our stay. On a positive note, the staff seemed polite and accommodating, which was a plus.
"Overpriced and Poorly Managed – A Disappointing Stay"
This hotel was absolutely pathetic for the price we paid. We were charged ₹4500 for practically one day’s stay as no early check-in facility was available. We checked in at 8 a.m. and checked out at 11 a.m. the next day but still had to pay in full. The room was dirty, and the toilet was stinking due to the lack of ventilation. The TV either didn’t work or was too complicated to operate, and even drinking water wasn’t provided in the room—we had to buy it from outside. Despite leaving the key at the counter, room cleaning was never done. Breakfast was included in the price, but room service flatly refused to serve it until we waited for the receptionist to confirm. Overall, this felt like another scam hotel in Delhi and was a huge disappointment.
"Good Venue for Small Gatherings with Decent Stay"
The hotel has a reasonably good hall suitable for small get-togethers and marriage events. The rooms are spacious and clean, with well-maintained washrooms. Although there isn’t an exclusive parking space for multiple vehicles, parking is available nearby with the help of a guard, which is convenient. There is only one lift in the building, but the presence of a police chowki right opposite the hotel makes it feel very safe. It’s definitely not a shady place and works well for events or a comfortable stay.
"Nice Location and Clean Rooms, but Limited Staff"
The hotel is in a very nice location, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained, as was the bathroom. However, we rarely saw anyone around, and the staff presence was minimal. The room had a common door connecting to the adjacent room and a large framed window, but the view was only of the building wall next door. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided was good. We stayed for just one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
"Spacious Rooms, Good Food, and Convenient Location"
The rooms are nice and spacious, and the hotel offers halls of different sizes to suit various functions. The food is good, and the location is convenient, situated right on the border of Delhi and Ghaziabad.
