"Worst hotel in that area , smelly , stuncky all uploaded pictures are fake"
My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy and reeked of a terrible odor, with most amenities either broken or non-existent. The staff was completely unhelpful, making the experience even worse. Overall, it was extremely disappointing – avoid this hotel at all costs.

The hotel is in a prime location, which made it very convenient for my trip. The hospitality was truly commendable—special thanks to the manager, Vikas, who was very kind and helpful. He arranged everything perfectly and on time. I’m very happy with the hotel’s service and had a nice stay. Thank you!

The hotel is centrally located, close to the railway station and local market, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is extremely helpful. Special thanks to Manager Ashish for being so accommodating and supportive. Overall, great customer service and a pleasant stay!

Good stay overall with very helpful staff. The location is excellent—close to the center of Delhi, the railway station, and major food outlets. The only area that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the washrooms. Aside from that, it’s an affordable and convenient place to stay. Would recommend!

"Not fully satisfied"
The hotel is conveniently located near NDLS railway station and the airport metro station, which makes accessibility excellent. However, the rooms had an unpleasant odor, likely from poorly maintained toilets, and the bed sheets and pillow covers had yellow stains. Cleanliness needs major improvement. Most of the staff were polite and well-behaved, but the reception staff was rude and unprofessional, often yelling, which left a negative impression. Budget-wise and location-wise, the hotel is good, but overall, it needs better cleanliness and proper staff training.

The rooms were very hygienic and spacious, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. The reception staff were very courteous and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The hotel's close proximity to the railway station makes it an ideal choice for travelers. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
"An average hotel to stay"
We stayed here with family for 2 days. While the rooms were appropriately sized, hygiene was a concern. The floor was dusty, a towel had a lipstick mark, and there was a thick layer of dust in the corners. The doormats also seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. On the positive side, the staff were helpful, and the location is convenient as the hotel is situated in the busy and active area of Paharganj (Arakshan Road), close to many tourist spots. Overall, it was an average stay.
"Avoid Avoid Avoid"
I am genuinely surprised this so-called hotel has a 4.5 rating! Even guest houses are much better than this place. The rooms are gloomy, and all you get is a tiny toffee-sized bar of soap and a pale yellow, soggy towel. There are several better hotels in the area, so I would recommend looking elsewhere. Payment was another hassle—when trying to pay by credit card, we were told the POS machine wasn’t working or that there was “no network.” In the end, the food bill had to be paid in cash. To top it off, guests are required to sign multiple registers and cards, detailing the amount paid, which was unnecessarily tedious. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Experience was really good! The room was clean, in great condition, and very hygienic. The staff was helpful, and I really appreciated their fast 24-hour service. The location is superb, making everything easily accessible. Overall, a brilliant hotel – definitely number one in my books! I will surely stay here again. 👍👍😊

Good service and tasty food. The staff was nice and helpful, and the stay was budget-friendly. However, the lights in the room were a bit dim, and the room itself could have been more spacious. The food menu was good, but it could be improved by adding more variety, especially mocktails. Thanks!
"Not that much good"
Like many other hotels, the photos look good online, but the actual rooms were not well cleaned and definitely not up to deluxe standards. The only positive is that it is near NDLS (New Delhi Railway Station). Overall, I would rate my stay 3 out of 10.
