"Recommended"

The atmosphere was very nice and comfortable, making for a warm and enjoyable experience. Service was a little slow, and I would have liked to see more variety in desserts and drinks, but overall, it met my expectations. I had a pleasant time and would gladly repeat the experience again.

"We stayed at this property for a wedding. We had 7 rooms booked. We stayed to watch nights."

The Hyatt Centric San Isidro is an absolute must-stay when visiting Lima. The staff delivers true 5-star service, and the amenities are top-notch. One of our favorite places to unwind was the rooftop bar, which was the perfect spot to end each day. The location is prime and very safe, with restaurants and a Wong (grocery and department store) just a short walk away. The team took care of all our transportation needs, from airport transfers to arranging rides to and from our wedding venue. They even coordinated for a couple of masseuses to come to the hotel and give us relaxing massages. Special thanks to GianFranco Gollado Csirkethe, the concierge, for his outstanding support, and to Maria Gracia Mejia for helping us secure our rooms with a very favorable rate. Also, a big shout-out to Grover at the rooftop bar for keeping us well-fed and our drinks full. ¡Muchas gracias to the entire team!

"El gran hyatt"

The pillows in the room were quite hard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. On a positive note, the restaurant service was excellent – Eric was super friendly and truly the best waiter ever! One unfortunate incident was that my mom lost a charger during our stay. However, we did enjoy the TV feature, as it allowed us to connect our electronic devices to watch movies or series.

"Excellent experience in in heart DE san Isidro"

I stayed at the Hyatt San Isidro for a few days, and it exceeded all my expectations. The service was impeccable, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and quiet areas. I will definitely be back!

"Food"

The food was very good, and the service was a perfect 10/10. My grandmother, who was in delicate health, was treated with the best care I could imagine—Bruno was outstanding, truly 10/10. The only downside was the dessert: the pistachio ice cream with puff pastry leaves had an unusual flavor combination that I didn’t quite enjoy.

"Not so good experience"

We visited Celeste again, and the attention from Jesús was top-notch, truly A1. The cheeseburgers were as good as always. However, the environment felt different this time, as we noticed some people who seemed a bit unsafe. Additionally, the DJ at night wasn’t as good as the earlier one—the music and mixes left much to be desired.

"Jianie"

Jianie was the most friendly and helpful waitress in Lima. She gave us the best recommendations, which made the experience even better. The food was delicious, and the place itself is very nice. Highly recommended!

"Good service"

Grover took care of us and was absolutely fantastic throughout our visit. We opted for the all-you-can-gin promotion, and he consistently ensured we made the most of it 100%. His attentive service really made the experience enjoyable!

"Excellent place for a stay"

The place itself is excellent, offering fantastic attractions such as the Isidro restaurant and bar, as well as the Celeste bar with great music for a pleasant evening. The heated pool is also a wonderful feature. Unfortunately, the check-in process was tedious, and the front desk staff did not handle it with the level of courtesy expected. I ultimately had to escalate the issue with the supervisor/manager. While the facilities are impressive, the check-in experience needs significant improvement.

"Hotel it’s nice, but be aware of the rooftop bar. Music too loud to sleep in early"

My experience at the hotel was fair overall. The room was nice and the food was good, but the rooftop bar was a major issue. It plays loud music until midnight, and since I was staying on the 7th floor (the bar is on the 10th), I couldn't sleep until the music stopped each night it was open. Unfortunately, because of this disturbance, I won't be returning to this hotel on my next trip.

"Training Lean SixSigma Yellow Belt DE Anglo American"

Excellent service from the team (Luis Leynes and Mauricio Abad), who were very attentive and committed to quickly providing all the resources and meeting the needs of the group during the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training of Anglo American. The menu for the coffee breaks and lunch was very good and always served within the agreed times. Thank you very much for the excellent teamwork at Hyatt San Isidro!
