"Checkin"
My morning started on a positive note thanks to the excellent service provided by ground staff member Mr. Sayadip. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with my luggage and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the support from him and the rest of the team. Thank you!
"Good Experience"
I was a bit nervous flying with IndiGo for the first time, especially with a short layover in New Delhi, but the experience turned out to be very positive. While the aircraft itself was fairly basic, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout. In New Delhi, an IndiGo representative assisted us by guiding us through a shorter security line due to our tight connection, which made a big difference. Overall, if you're looking for a reliable budget airline, I’d definitely recommend IndiGo!
"Extremely Disappointed with Indigo – Misleading Extra Luggage Charges"
It sounds like Sol really stood out in providing great attention to detail, which is awesome! As for the tour being more tailored for American tourists, I understand how that might not resonate as strongly with everyone, especially if you were expecting something more unique or culturally immersive. Were there particular aspects of the tour that didn’t excite you? For instance, was it the activities, the pace, or maybe how the tour was structured? It’d be helpful to know so that I can give you more tailored advice for future trips.
"Pathetic services"
The front staff is not at all cooperative of adjusting 1.7 kgs of luggage weight even though hand luggage weight was zero i.e I was not carrying any hand luggage. The staff asked to take out extra kgs and carry it in my hand and when i did the same she was okay. I guess it made a hugeee difference Indigo. Just because I don’t have the option to choose from many airlines, indigo gets it. This monopoly is affecting it hard in near future. Hopefully I dont get many chances to choose indigo in my future travels. Yet again a big disappointment in services received. Pathetic airlines.
"Check In"
Absolutely amazing service! Mr. Anand Kumar at T1 handled my check-in with incredible professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me with my flight from Delhi to Bombay to London to Seattle. He was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Anand Kumar for his excellent customer service.
"Served veg for non-veg food pre-order"
My first experience with IndiGo was smooth overall. However, I preordered a Chicken Supreme Salad, but what I received was completely different from what was listed on the box. Instead of the expected chicken and salad (which other passengers seemed to receive correctly on their flights), I got a vegetarian sandwich with cream cheese and tomato between two slices of bread—no chicken in sight. While I'd definitely fly with IndiGo again, I’ll likely skip their food options in the future.
"Good experience"
The IndiGo app is easy to use, though I wasn’t able to set up an account, possibly because I’m a foreigner and my cell number wasn’t accepted. Despite that, I was able to book my flight without issues. Upon arriving at Delhi airport, I was pleasantly surprised when an IndiGo staff member helped me navigate the check-in kiosk and print my baggage tag. They then took me to the priority check-in line for a quick bag drop-off. Boarding was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with a smile and directed to my seat. The entire flight was comfortable, and the flight attendants were very helpful. I look forward to flying with IndiGo again in the future.
"Terrible flight ✈️"
Too bad experience ever in flight in my life I never go Indigo airlines again 😭 Because of uncomfortable seat overpriced things not a staff is doing well serve water as hot not cold
"Indigo cons passengers"
I purchased an additional 75kg of baggage weight for my trip. We had three travelers and checked in a total of 120kg. However, the check-in agent at Indore airport wanted to charge us for an extra 2kg, as we were 1.8kg over the allowed weight. I find it hard to believe that the airport weighing machines are so precise that there’s no room for a slight variation or error, especially when dealing with such a large weight. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this issue, as I frequently fly internationally and purchase extra baggage. It makes me wonder if airport staff are incentivized to charge customers penalties. On top of that, I found the agent’s attitude unacceptable, as she spoke very arrogantly to us.
"Great Experience !!"
It was a great experience flying with IndiGo. The check-in at T1 was very smooth. However, despite paying for the Fast Forward facility, this service was not available at the time of boarding. That aside, the in-flight service was top-notch—very helpful and courteous. The flight was punctual, departing and landing on time. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and definitely worth flying with IndiGo!
"Good experience"
There are two points I would like to highlight from my recent experience. First, there seemed to be a lack of consideration for senior citizens at the baggage counter. We were a group of three, and our total checked baggage came to 53kg—8kg over the standard allowance of 45kg. Based on what we had read, we believed that the group allowance provided an extra 10kg, but the staff member (a young lady with glasses) informed us, with a smile, that "group" refers to 10 or more people—a detail not clearly specified on the website. As a result, we were asked to move items into our cabin baggage. Not a major issue, but the explanation and attitude could have been more respectful. Second, I would suggest that cabin crew members be more mindful of personal hygiene. One of the flight attendants had noticeable body odour, which was particularly unpleasant during meal service. While I prefer not to mention her name, such details do affect the passenger experience and should be addressed.
