"Excellent place"
We loved this place! It has a wonderful atmosphere with excellent music that really sets the mood. The drinks we ordered were fantastic, and the pizza was absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Angelo, who recommended the drinks and was always attentive to us throughout our visit.

This hotel is very good overall, with an excellent location and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, although the same could not be said for the restaurant staff, who were not as warm or attentive.
"Average city hotel."
Unfortunately, my room at this hotel had a view of a wall from the opposite side of the building. I had given up a view room at another property down the street to stay at the same hotel my family had chosen, so this was disappointing. I arrived at 2:50, slightly early, and was told my room wasn’t ready. I was asked to wait in the reading area, but after 20 minutes—and seeing others check in—I went back to ask again and was told my room was ready. Overall, I would say this is just an average city hotel.
"Comfortable hotel in great location"
This is an attractive hotel with comfortable rooms and a quite good breakfast. The location in Miraflores is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, the ventilation was a bit too loud for my preference, even at the lowest setting. Also, the only English-language news channel available on their cable plan was Fox News, which was disappointing.
"Good location"
We paid around €100 per night (better rates when booking in advance) for a 2-night stay in Miraflores. The hotel’s location is convenient, with two good restaurants nearby and an exchange office offering a very attractive rate just 300m away. Unfortunately, the welcome left a lot to be desired and cast a shadow over our stay. We booked our room 5 months in advance expecting optimum comfort but ended up in room 720, located near the elevators (which meant inevitable noise, especially in the morning) and with a closed courtyard view. Our key was only handed over at 3:20 p.m., and when our luggage was finally brought up, two pieces weren’t even ours. The hotel itself is modern and of international standard, though the power outlets are local standard with no adapters provided—the only hotel we encountered with this issue in a month of travel. On the positive side, the TV, fridge with 4 free drinks, rooftop swimming lane with a trendy bar (DJ on weekends), and a decent breakfast buffet were all appreciated. Cleanliness was impeccable. Without the poor initial impression, this would have been a very nice stay. We’ve had much warmer welcomes at other Meliá properties, such as in Cuba.
"Very good!"
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The service on the rooftop, led by Mauritius, was excellent, and the drinks were delicious. The breakfast was super varied and tasty, and the service at the front desk was incredibly efficient—I requested a couple of things for my room and received them within minutes. The only thing I would change is the dough of the Tequeños, but overall, the attention and service were truly A1. I would definitely come back!
"In side the Melia Miraflores"
We spent two nights in Lima at the Innside by Meliá in Miraflores, conveniently located just 30 minutes from the airport. The neighborhood has bakeries and shops nearby, and it’s an easy walk to Kennedy Park and the boardwalk. At $89 a night, the price was reasonable for a chain hotel with a slightly more modern, stylish feel than a Marriott or Hilton. Our room was small but pleasant. However, there was no coffee machine, which meant spending an extra $16 daily on two small coffees at the bar. In hindsight, we might have booked the breakfast option instead. We did receive two complimentary drinks at the bar, which we had to choose from a limited list; the small but enjoyable Pisco sour was a nice touch. One odd detail: despite the bartender having several bottles of white and rosé wine chilled, none were available by the glass under the hotel’s policy, so we ended up with a $9 glass of red instead. There was free water and blueberry juice in the room, which was appreciated. The rooftop pool was attractive but empty during our stay, and the gym was limited, with only one weight machine and free weights. Overall, it’s a convenient and stylish option, but there are areas where the experience could be improved.
"Terrible service"
My name is Jessica, and I’m currently staying at the hotel. While the property itself is nice and comfortable, the service has been terrible from the start, beginning with the front desk. Whenever you ask for assistance, they rarely know the answer. For example, my TV wasn’t working, and it took three days to fix. Additionally, the prices for dishes like lomo saltado and ceviche seem to change every day, which is frustrating. Room service is also painfully slow—we’ve had to wait over 30 minutes each time we’ve called. Honestly, this experience has made me want to move to another hotel.
"GO HERE"
I absolutely love INNside Miraflores! The rooftop restaurant is incredible—the food and drinks were excellent, and the view is simply stunning. The atmosphere and music added to the overall experience. A special shout-out to Nicol, who was an amazing and attentive server. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
"Nice stay"
I have stayed at Innside by Meliá Lima more than once, and it’s always a great experience. The hotel is very well located in Miraflores, making it central and convenient for getting anywhere. It’s a pleasant place to rest, enjoy good food, and have a drink. I highly recommend it!
"Good facilities, Terrible service at everywhere"
The facilities and restaurant are decent, and the food is fine, but the service is absolutely deplorable. From the front desk to the waiters and bartenders, the level of inattentiveness and lack of enthusiasm was almost comical. If all you need is a room and don’t expect any form of service, this could be a decent option. However, if you require even the most basic level of hospitality, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
"Disabled Accomodation"
The hotel offers good wheelchair access throughout, and the bathroom in the disabled room was well-suited for my needs. However, all the disabled rooms only have a double bed, which could be inconvenient depending on your travel companion. In my case, I was traveling with my daughter, but it would have been awkward with a friend. Additionally, the bed was very high, making it difficult for me to get onto.
