"Amazing and nice"
The hotel offers very good service with helpful staff, making it a must-visit. However, it is on the expensive side, with additional charges like €50 for parking. Still, overall, it is recommended for its quality and service.
"Rome breakfast."
The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of both American and Italian options. From cheeses, pastries, and eggs to plenty of healthy choices like fresh fruit, vegetables, and salads, there was something for everyone. The setting was very comfortable, making the meal an enjoyable way to start the day.

A lovely hotel perfectly situated for exploring Rome. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.
"Excellent choice for Rome visit"
Booked through Amex Platinum, we received a generous upgrade to a junior suite along with all the usual amenities. The room decor was very comfortable, almost lavish, with perfect linens and cozy seating. The bath area was spacious and opulent. The only minor issue was the bedroom TV, but we simply used the sitting area instead. The hotel staff were polite and helpful throughout. Considering it costs about 2/3 of neighboring competitors, this hotel is a fantastic choice for a visit to Rome.
"Comfortable Stay with Attentive Service"
The hotel offers great breakfast options, and the staff are very nice and attentive. On our check-in day, the hotel was a bit behind schedule, so we had to wait about an hour past the 3:00 PM check-in time. However, the team was very apologetic and kindly provided a coupon for two free drinks at the bar while we waited. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable, making for an enjoyable stay.

The staff at this hotel are incredible! From the Front Desk to the Bellman, everyone goes above and beyond, and Eliana at the breakfast buffet is truly outstanding. I’ve stayed here three times and will continue to make this my go-to hotel for all my trips to Rome.

A lovely hotel with an excellent location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed a complimentary room upgrade and water in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety to suit most tastes.
"Perfect location for our visit to Rome"
Our experience at the IHG was wonderful from arrival to departure. The location, likely in one of the quieter areas of Rome, suited us perfectly. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a great way to start the day, and we spent plenty of time at Charlie’s rooftop bar, enjoying the stunning views and engaging, skilled mixologists. Our only minor frustration was dealing with Roman taxis at the entrance—but that’s just part of the city experience!

A very nice hotel with comfortable bedrooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. The location is excellent—not far from the city center—making it convenient for exploring Rome.
"Beautiful hotel in a great location"
The hotel itself is stunning, with a great location near a metro stop and within walking distance to many of Rome’s sites. The staff are very welcoming, with Sara at reception being especially wonderful. That said, the gym is far too hot—28°C is uncomfortably high and unsafe for exercise, in my opinion as a fitness professional. Aside from this issue, our stay was very enjoyable.
