"Solid"
Overall, we had a positive experience at IQ Hotel and would likely stay here again on our next visit to Rome. Positives: The hotel is clean and well-appointed, with nice amenities such as a gym, a well-stocked free minibar, and self-service coffee. We appreciated that it’s located away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas, though this means walking to major sites takes about 15–30 minutes. The neighborhood itself may not be the most charming or romantic, but it has solid amenities, including plenty of restaurants, coffee bars, a pharmacy, banks, and easy access to Termini station. Areas for improvement: The staff were polite but not particularly warm or outgoing, which we found a little unusual. Additionally, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, though that is to be expected in a big city like Rome. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay in the city.
"Don’t search any further – you’ve found the best!!!"
You simply will not find a better hotel in Rome. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The staff was incredible, always attentive and ready to help. Our room was sparkling clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. Breakfast was outstanding—truly a “wow” experience. The spa and massage next door were a welcome bonus. We also participated in the hotel’s cooking class, which was so much fun. Creating our own pasta and then enjoying it with a fine glass of wine is an absolute must! A very special thanks to Doreen and Fabiana at the front desk. Without their assistance, our visit would have been stressful after Delta lost our luggage. They immediately took charge, researched the situation, and coordinated everything so that we could retrieve our bags in time for our 11-day cruise. Their professionalism and kindness went above and beyond. Finally, don’t miss the rooftop dining and bar — we had two drinks there, and the service was impeccable once again. Trust me, you’ll love both this hotel and its staff!

Very good location with nice amenities. The hotel offers a free sauna and a pleasant breakfast. The room was on the smaller side, with limited space between the bed and the desk, but overall it was comfortable for our stay.

Great experience overall. The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist. The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the city center, close to a metro stop and just a short walk from Termini station, making it easy to explore Rome.
"New and modern hotel in city centre"
Modern hotel in a great central location. This very new hotel is right in the city centre and close to the train station. The room was a decent size and well-equipped, including a complimentary minibar. Breakfast offered a good selection, especially fresh orange juice and fruit. Check-in took a while, likely due to limited staff, but overall the stay was comfortable and convenient.
"Everything is perfect"
We spent two nights enjoying a city trip to Rome and I’m so happy we chose IQ Hotel. Everything was perfect — the staff were exceptionally friendly, the bedding was supremely comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous and abundant, with something for everyone. If I return to Rome, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Practical and comfortable stay in a convenient location. The hotel offers very good air conditioning and a comfortable bed with quality pillows. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options. It’s within walking distance of most attractions, though not right in the busiest areas, and the lobby is not particularly attractive. Very close to the train station, making it convenient for travel.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Its central location made it easy to explore Rome’s main attractions on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering great advice on places to visit, assisting with internet access, and ensuring the facilities and restaurant met our needs. Everything about our stay was flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for more.
"Romantic Rome , Romantic iQ Rome !"
We stayed at IQ Roma Hotel for four days and had an excellent experience. Upon check-in, Mr. Giuseppe assisted us wonderfully with our room. Our room faced the courtyard, making it very quiet, and it was spotless. The minibar refreshments were a delightful surprise! Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the gym and sauna were of high quality. The hotel’s location is very convenient — the opera house and many great restaurants are right next door, Via Nazionale bus stops are just 150 meters away, and Termini train station is a 10-minute walk. When we needed to extend our stay by one day, Mr. Giuseppe helped us seamlessly. The hotel truly made our trip a success! — Jaana & Pekka
"Highly recommend!"
My family and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and wonderfully quiet. We had a minor issue with our room, but the handy man arrived within five minutes and fixed it immediately. The hotel’s location is excellent—just four blocks from the train station, close to great restaurants, and within walking distance of many of Rome’s highlights, yet not in a touristy area, which we really appreciated. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and the self-service laundry was a convenient perk that some of my family members took advantage of. We highly recommend this hotel!
