"Welcoming and Spacious Spot — Great for Early Birds and Groups"
This place offers a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere with enough space to comfortably accommodate groups. The menu is extensive, and while everything is prepared nicely, it doesn’t quite match up to Cusco’s finer dining experiences. That said, they open as early as 7 a.m. and provide quick service — a big plus for early risers or travelers on the go.
"Delicious Alpaca Burger with Generous Portions"
The alpaca burger was a standout — perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, and full of flavor. Portion sizes were generous, making it a satisfying and memorable meal.
"Tasty All-Day Breakfast Spot with Great Service"
This is a very lovely place offering all-day breakfast and a wide range of other options. We tried the chicken soup, French toast, and granola with fruits — all of which were delicious. The service was excellent, even with several large tourist groups dining at the same time. While it’s not the place for traditional Peruvian dishes, it’s a great pick for a variety of flavorful meals. Highly recommended!
"International-Friendly Spot with Modern Cuisine, But Mixed Value"
This café is clearly geared toward international travelers, with English-speaking staff and a menu full of modern dishes. While the drinks and juices were reasonably priced and worth it, the food felt overpriced for what you get. I had the mushrooms on toast, but there wasn’t nearly enough sauce to cover the bread — leaving the dish a bit dry and underwhelming. A nice spot overall, but not the best value for money when it comes to food.
"Best Brunch Spot in Cusco – Delicious, Vibrant, and Generous"
Hands down the best place for brunch in Cusco! The decor is stunning and full of character, creating a lively and inviting atmosphere. Portions are huge — the plates are massive and perfect for sharing. Their smoothies are incredibly refreshing, and there’s an impressive variety of vegan options. I absolutely loved the French toast and creamy porridge, while my friend’s Gordo breakfast was big enough for two. Even the coffee mugs are adorable! Don’t forget to leave a propina (tip) — the experience is well worth it.
"Beautiful Setting, But Disappointing Experience"
Unfortunately, this spot didn’t live up to the hype. While the courtyard is beautiful and the coffee was great, the overall experience fell short. We were lucky to get a table quickly for breakfast without a reservation, but the service was extremely slow — coffee took ages, and food took 40 minutes with no apology. The avocado toast was especially underwhelming, lacking any seasoning or flavor. With so many great cafés in Cusco, I’d recommend exploring other options over Jacks.
"Exceptional Food and Service at a Great Price"
This was truly some of the tastiest food I’ve ever had! The prices are very reasonable, and the service was absolutely impeccable. If you're traveling through Cusco, this spot is a must-visit — highly recommended for both quality and value.
"Overrated and Overpriced – Disappointing for Coffee Lovers"
This place felt overly touristy, and while we were drawn in by the high ratings, it seems those might be more about the food than the coffee. I ordered a long black, which was quite poor — overly ashy and lacking depth. The mango passion fruit tart was just okay. Though the decor is pleasant, the ambiance and food didn’t offer any sense of local charm or uniqueness. For the price, the experience was underwhelming and disappointing.
"Incredible Breakfast and Outstanding Service"
The breakfast here was amazing — huge portions and absolutely delicious food. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. I returned later to ask about their teapots, and the server went above and beyond by showing me all the styles they had and even wrapping up the one I chose. A fantastic experience from start to finish!
"Generous Portions and Great Value for Money"
We had nachos for lunch, paired with a hot chocolate and a chocolate brownie for dessert — and everything was delicious! The portions are impressively large, making it great value for money. We shared the meal, and I’m glad we did — I wouldn’t have been able to finish it alone. Really satisfied with the food and the overall experience!
