"Price is right, but service varies"
Thank you for such a detailed and balanced review! It’s clear you had a mixed experience on your Jazeera Airways journey — a blend of helpful staff, a few frustrations, and some unexpected moments. It’s great to hear the flight was cost-effective and mostly punctual, and that your luggage made it without issue. Seat placement and inconsistent crew behavior seem to have made parts of the trip less pleasant, but it sounds like you handled it with understanding and humor.
"Never using it again"
This was by far the worst experience I've had with an airline. Ours was the only delayed flight in the entire airport, and there was no information available on the delay until much later—not even shown on the airline's website. The only place the delay appeared was deep inside the “Manage Booking” section, which is completely unacceptable. Lack of transparency and communication made an already frustrating situation even worse. Avoid this airline if you value your time and sanity.
"Avoid like CANCER"
This was one of the worst travel experiences of my life. We were delayed for 4 days with zero compensation—no hotel, no food, nothing. Customer service was beyond frustrating: although they spoke fluent English, all they did was repeat, "Do you want to cancel the flight, sir?" no matter what I asked. It felt like they were trained to wear you down instead of help. The lack of accountability and basic human decency was staggering. Pay extra, fly with anyone else. This airline is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided at all costs.
"Worst seats and to less legroom space and Have to pay for Water and Food."
It sounds like your experience was quite uncomfortable, especially for such long flights. The lack of legroom and the fact that essential items like food and water were charged extra can definitely make for a tough journey. It’s good to hear the hostesses were friendly, but it’s unfortunate that the overall experience didn’t meet your expectations. For long flights, comfort really makes a difference, and it seems like this airline’s focus on business rather than customer comfort didn’t deliver. Hopefully, they'll improve their seating and service in the future. Thank you for sharing your honest feedback!
"WORST AIRLINES EVER.. Never Travelling With Them Again"
This was hands down the most unpleasant flight experience I’ve ever had. The seats were extremely cramped and uncomfortable, and the cabin was unclean and unhygienic. They don’t even offer basic water on board. The crew was unprofessional and unfriendly—the flight attendants in particular seemed indifferent and unwelcoming. There was absolutely no sense of customer care. This airline ranks as the worst I’ve ever flown with, and I will never recommend it to anyone. Avoid if you value comfort, cleanliness, or basic respect.
"Easy to book. Easy to fly."
It sounds like the check-in and storage were smooth, which is always a great start! However, it’s unfortunate that the legroom didn’t quite meet the needs for taller passengers. Long flights can be tough with limited space, especially for those over 6'3". It's great to hear that the food and beverage service were a positive aspect of the flight, though! The falafel and chicken wrap choices sound like a nice touch. Hopefully, on your next flight, you can find a bit more room to stretch out!
"Budget Airline but not always"
Thanks for sharing your detailed experience with Jazeera Airways. It’s insightful that you’ve flown over 30 times on various routes and tried both business and economy classes. Your point about the minimal difference between the two cabins and the airline's reliable on-time performance is helpful for travelers prioritizing punctuality. Also, the clarification about fares—only being significantly cheaper during low seasons or early bookings—is a good heads-up. Budget airlines definitely come with trade-offs, so setting expectations accordingly makes a big difference.
"Never again"
Absolutely the worst experience in terms of staff attitude, value for money, and transparency. I was charged over $150 for just 11 kg of extra luggage — more than double the cost of my actual seat, which felt more like a train seat than an airline seat. What makes it worse is that I’ve flown with Flynas, which operates under the same luggage policies across the kingdom, and I’ve never had an issue. This airline clearly chooses to exploit passengers wherever they can. Avoid this airline if you value fair pricing and decent treatment.
"Late. Inconsiderate. Inconsistent."
Honestly, everything about this airline leads to a bad experience. I’ve flown with them twice now, and both times they were 30–40 minutes late. They don’t even offer free water on board, which is a basic courtesy on most airlines. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming or customer-focused — more like vendors trying to upsell extras rather than assist passengers. What really pushed it over the edge was the unexpected 60 AED fee for luggage transfer at the connection airport. It was sprung on us last minute with no prior notice, something I’ve never experienced with any other airline. I won’t be flying with them again.
"Never Will I Ever"
That sounds like a very frustrating experience. Long delays are bad enough, but when there's poor communication from the airline staff, it only adds to the stress—especially for those with connecting flights. It's understandable that you'd feel disappointed and reluctant to fly with them again. Unfortunately, when airlines don't keep passengers informed, it reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service standards. Being grounded on both the outbound and return flights is definitely not something travelers expect or should tolerate regularly. If you were to give feedback to the airline, what would you suggest they improve first—communication, scheduling, or customer service training?
"Never use Jazeera airways service .. terrible service."
My experience with Jazeera Airways was shockingly bad. The staff at the airport were extremely rude and unprofessional, to the point that I had no choice but to cancel my outbound flight and rebook with another airline — at my own expense. As if that wasn’t enough, the quality of the airplane itself was terrible. The seating was uncomfortable, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and on one occasion, I was even assigned a seat without a functioning seatbelt. That’s a basic safety requirement! Jazeera Airways completely failed on both service and safety. I will never fly with them again, and I strongly recommend others avoid them as well.
